Abstract
Description
前記切断手段より前記搬送経路の下流側に設けられ、前記被切断物を搬送する下流側搬送手段と、
前記切断手段と、前記下流側搬送手段との間に設けられ、前記切断手段から飛散した異物が前記下流側搬送手段に付着することを防止する異物付着防止手段と、を備えた切断装置を提供する。

本実施形態の切断装置の一構成例について説明する。
切断手段より搬送経路の下流側に設けられ、被切断物を搬送する下流側搬送手段。
切断手段と、下流側搬送手段との間に設けられ、切断手段から飛散した異物が下流側搬送手段に付着することを防止する異物付着防止手段。

次に、本実施形態のシート部材の製造装置、及び石膏系建材の製造装置の一構成例について説明する。

Claims (13)
- 板状形状を有する被切断物の搬送経路上に設けられ、前記被切断物を切断する切断手段と、
前記切断手段より前記搬送経路の下流側に設けられ、前記被切断物を搬送する下流側搬送手段と、
前記切断手段と、前記下流側搬送手段との間に設けられ、前記切断手段から飛散した異物が前記下流側搬送手段に付着することを防止する異物付着防止手段と、を備えた切断装置。 - 前記下流側搬送手段は、少なくとも前記切断手段の直後に搬送ローラを備えている請求項1に記載の切断装置。
- 前記下流側搬送手段の、前記切断手段の直後に設けられた前記搬送ローラを、前記被切断物の搬送方向と反対側に回転するように制御する、反転搬送ローラ制御手段をさらに有する請求項2に記載の切断装置。
- 前記異物付着防止手段は、無形物により前記切断手段から飛散した異物が前記下流側搬送手段に付着することを防止する無形異物付着防止手段である請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- 前記無形異物付着防止手段が、無形物として気体を用い、気体を噴出することができる気体噴出部を備えた気体供給手段を有するエアカーテンである請求項4に記載の切断装置。
- 前記気体噴出部は、前記被切断物の下面に向かって気体を噴出する請求項5に記載の切断装置。
- 前記気体噴出部から気体を間欠的に噴出するように制御する、気体噴出動作制御手段をさらに有する請求項5または6に記載の切断装置。
- 前記異物付着防止手段は、有形物により前記切断手段から飛散した異物が前記下流側搬送手段に付着することを防止する有形異物付着防止手段である請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- 前記有形異物付着防止手段は、板状又はシート状の障壁、スポンジ、たわし、刷毛から選択された一種以上を有する請求項8に記載の切断装置。
- 前記切断手段がロータリーカッターである請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- 前記被切断物が半製品である請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置を備えたシート部材の製造装置。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置を備えた石膏系建材の製造装置。
