Claims (7)
- 表面と、裏面とを有する扉と、
開口部を形成するとともに、前記扉を閉止する扉枠と、
前記扉枠、又は前記裏面の外周部に沿って環状に設けられた耐火パッキンと、
前記耐火パッキンの内側に並設される水密パッキンと、
前記耐火パッキン及び前記水密パッキンを収容する保持部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする防災用扉構造。 - 前記耐火パッキンは、熱が伝わると膨張する材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防災用扉構造。
- 前記耐火パッキンは、少なくとも1個設けられ、前記水密パッキンは、複数個設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防災用扉構造。
- 前記扉と前記扉枠を固着する第1ロック装置をさらに備え、
前記第1ロック装置は、前記扉の裏面に固定された第1ボルトに螺合された第1ナットと、
前記第1ボルトに挿通されるとともに、前記扉と前記第1ナットに挟持されるスプリング材、及び正面視略矩形のワッシャーと、
前記扉枠の開口部側に設けられ、貫通孔が穿孔された第1突出部と、
を有し、
前記ワッシャーは、前記扉を前記扉枠に閉止したとき、前記貫通孔に前記第1ボルトと前記スプリング材が貫通した状態で回動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防災用扉構造。 - 前記扉と前記扉枠を固着する第2ロック装置をさらに備え、
前記第2ロック装置は、前記扉枠の開口部側に設けられた第2突出部に、回動可能に固定されたスイングバーと、
前記スイングバーに形成された雌ネジに螺合する第2ボルトと、
前記扉に固定された第2ナットと、を有し、
前記第2ボルトは、前記扉を前記扉枠に閉止したとき、前記第2ナットに螺合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防災用扉構造。 - 前記扉枠を隔てて前記扉に対向して設けられる内扉をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の防災用扉構造。
- 前記扉と前記内扉の裏面は、耐火性能を具備する断熱部材が貼付けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防災用扉構造。
