Claims (10)
- 複数の蓄電素子を備えた蓄電モジュールにおいて電線を前記蓄電素子の電極端子に接続するための端子金具であって、
前記電極端子に接続される板状の端子接続部と、この端子接続部の縁部から一体に延出する延出部と、この延出部の先端側に設けられて前記電線を接続するための電線接続部とを備え、
前記延出部は、前記端子接続部の板面に対し前記電線接続部側が持ち上がる先高傾斜状にされている端子金具。 - 前記端子接続部は一枚の導電性金属板が折り重ね状態にされると共に隣り合う前記蓄電素子の各前記電極端子に接続するためのネジ部を貫通させる一対のネジ貫通孔を有し、前記電線接続部は前記一枚の導電性金属板の曲げ加工によって形成されている請求項1に記載の端子金具。
- 前記延出部は前記端子接続部を構成する最下層の導電性金属板から延出している請求項2記載の端子金具。
- 前記端子接続部は、前記複数の蓄電素子の各前記電極端子を接続するバスバー端子とは別体の導電性金属板から形成され、前記バスバー端子に重ねて前記電極端子に接続される請求項1に記載の端子金具。
- 前記電線接続部は、前記電線の絶縁被覆をカシメ付けるインシュレーションバレルおよび前記電線の芯線をカシメ付けるワイヤバレルを備えてなり、前記インシュレーションバレル及びワイヤバレルは前記電線を前記電線接続部の上面側に抱えた状態でカシメ付けられている請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の端子金具。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の複数の端子金具と、それらの各端子金具の電線接続部に接続された複数本の電線と、前記複数本の電線を前記蓄電素子の並び方向に沿って収容する収容部材とを備えた蓄電モジュール用の配線モジュール。
- 請求項6に記載の配線モジュールであって、
前記収容部材は前記蓄電素子の並び方向に延びるように配された円筒状の収容部を備え、前記収容部は長さ方向に沿って側面にスリットが形成されている、配線モジュール。 - 請求項7に記載の配線モジュールであって、
前記端子金具の前記電線接続部に接続された電線が前記スリットを通って前記収容部の軸心に向かうように設けられている配線モジュール。 - 請求項6に記載の配線モジュールであって、
前記収容部材は前記蓄電素子の並び方向に延びるように配された収容部を備え、前記収容部は長さ方向側面において前記端子接続部の持ち上がり方向に沿ってスリットが形成されている配線モジュール。 - 車両用蓄電モジュールにおいて蓄電素子の電極端子間を接続するための電線付き端子金具であって、
前記端子金具は、前記蓄電素子の前記電極端子に接続するための端子接続部と、前記端子接続部から延出して前記電線を圧着する電線接続部と、を備え、
前記端子接続部の板面と前記電線接続部の延出方向とが0°より大きく90°より小さい角度をなす、電線付き端子金具。
