Abstract
Description
本発明に係る油井セメント用添加剤に含有させるポリビニルアルコールの粒度としては、75μm以下が30質量%以下、500μm以上が10質量%以下に設定することができる。
本発明に係る油井セメント用添加剤は、特定のケン化度で、かつ、特定の粘度平均重合度のPVAを含有することを特徴とする。

ここで、Pは粘度平均重合度を示す。
本発明に係るセメント組成物及びセメントスラリーは、前述した本発明に係る油井セメント用添加剤を、特定量含有することを特徴とする。
還流冷却器、滴下漏斗、攪拌機を備えた重合缶に、酢酸ビニル100質量部、メタノール5.3質量部、及びアゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.02モル%を仕込み、窒素気流下で攪拌しながら沸点下で4.0時間重合を行った。次いで、未反応の酢酸ビニルモノマーを重合系外に除去し、重合度3500のポリ酢酸ビニルのメタノール溶液を得た。
重合時のメタノール量、鹸化時の水酸化ナトリウム量、粒度調整時の篩目開きをそれぞれ下記の表1に示すように変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例2〜6及び比較例1〜7に係るPVAを得た。
前記で得られた実施例1〜6及び比較例1〜7に係るPVAについて、極限粘度[η](g/dL)を測定し、前記式(1)を用いて、粘度平均重合度を算出した。
PVAの逸水防止性能は、米国石油協会規格(API)10B−2(2013年4月)の逸水量評価に従って測定し、ccで示した。以下の実施例では、1900kg/m3のスラリー密度で測定した。また、PVA添加量は、評価温度20℃で0.25%bwoc、40℃で0.4%bwoc、60℃で0.6%bwocの条件で測定した。
結果を下記表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- ケン化度が75〜85mol%、かつ、粘度平均重合度が2800〜4500であるポリビニルアルコールを含有する油井セメント用添加剤。
- 前記ポリビニルアルコールの粒度は、75μm以下が30質量%以下、500μm以上が10質量%以下である請求項1記載の油井セメント用添加剤。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の油井セメント用添加剤を0.01〜30%bwoc含有するセメント組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の油井セメント用添加剤を0.01〜30%bwoc含有するセメントスラリー。
