Abstract
回転軸(14)と、回転軸(14)に設けられて回転軸(14)を回転可能に支持するジャーナル軸受(22)と、回転軸(14)が延在する軸方向でジャーナル軸受(22)の側面部(22d)と間隔(D)をおいて対面して配置される対面部(17bb)を有するフランジ部(17b)と、側面部(22d)または対面部(17bb)に設けられた凹部(22e)と、を備え、ジャーナル軸受(22)の軸方向の投影面積において、側面部(22d)と対面部(17bb)とで間隔(D)をなす面積よりも、凹部(22e)を含んで間隔(D)をなさない部分の面積が大きい。

Claims (6)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸に設けられて前記回転軸を回転可能に支持するジャーナル軸受と、
前記回転軸が延在する軸方向で前記ジャーナル軸受の側面部と間隔をおいて対面して配置される対面部を有する円盤部材と、
前記側面部または前記対面部に設けられた凹部と、
を備え、
前記ジャーナル軸受の前記軸方向の投影面積において、側面部と対面部とで前記間隔をなす面積よりも、前記凹部を含んで前記間隔をなさない部分の面積が大きいことを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記凹部は、前記側面部において前記ジャーナル軸受の径方向内縁に周方向で連続して設けられた切欠により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記対面部において径方向に連続して設けられた溝が周方向に複数配置されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記対面部において前記円盤部材の径方向外側縁に周方向で連続して設けられた切欠により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記側面部において周方向で連続して設けられた溝により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- タービンと、
コンプレッサと、
前記タービンと前記コンプレッサとを同軸上に連結する回転軸と、
前記タービンと前記コンプレッサと前記回転軸を収容するハウジングと、
前記回転軸に設けられ前記ハウジングに収容されて前記回転軸を回転可能に支持するジャーナル軸受と、
前記回転軸に設けられて前記回転軸が延在する軸方向で前記ジャーナル軸受の側面部と間隔をおいて対面して配置される対面部を有する円盤部材と、
前記側面部または前記対面部に設けられた凹部と、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の軸受装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする排気タービン過給機。
