Claims (6)
- 圧縮エアが供給されることにより回転軸を回転するエアモータと、
前記回転軸の前側に設けられた筒状体からなり、前記エアモータによって回転する間に供給された塗料を前端の放出端縁から噴霧する回転霧化頭と、
前記回転霧化頭の外周側に配置され、前端に前記回転霧化頭から噴霧された塗料粒子に向けてシェーピングエアを噴出する多数個のエア噴出孔が周方向の全周に亘って設けられたシェーピングエア噴出部材とを含んで構成された回転霧化頭型塗装機において、
前記シェーピングエア噴出部材の前側部位には、当該前側部位の外周面から径方向の外向きに延びた環状の鍔部材が前記シェーピングエア噴出部材と一体または別体に設けられたことを特徴とする回転霧化頭型塗装機。 - 前記鍔部材は、前面が平面となった板状体として形成され、
前記板状体の前面は、前記シェーピングエア噴出部材の前記前端と同一面として形成されてなる請求項1に記載の回転霧化頭型塗装機。 - 前記鍔部材は、内周面が凹円錐に凹陥した円錐体として形成され、
前記シェーピングエア噴出部材の前記前端は、前記円錐体の内周面の奥所に位置してなる請求項1に記載の回転霧化頭型塗装機。 - 前記鍔部材の直径寸法E(mm)は、前記シェーピングエア噴出部材の前記前端の直径寸法D(mm)に対し、D+2mm≦E≦D+30mmである請求項1に記載の回転霧化頭型塗装機。
- 前記エアモータと前記シェーピングエア噴出部材とを取囲む位置には、これらを覆う筒状のカバー部材が設けられてなる請求項1に記載の回転霧化頭型塗装機。
- 前記カバー部材の外周側には、後側から前側に向け前記カバー部材の外周面に沿うようにパージエアを噴出するパージエア噴出部が設けられてなる請求項5に記載の回転霧化頭型塗装機。
