Abstract
シリコーンゴム接合体は、シリコーンゴムを含んで形成されたシリコーンゴム接合基材と、接合側表面に酸化物、硫化物及び/又は窒化物を露出させており非ガラス素材で形成された被接合基材とが、前記シリコーンゴム接合基材の表面の反応性官能基と前記酸化物、前記硫化物及び/又は前記窒化物の表面の反応性官能基との直接的な結合によって、接合されている。
Description
ベースポリマーとしてKE961U(信越化学工業株式会社製;商品名)の100質量部と、加硫剤としてC−8A(信越化学工業株式会社製;商品名)0.5質量部とを、二本ロールで混練し、170℃で10分間プレス加硫した後、200℃で4時間二次加硫し、シリコーンゴムを含んで形成されたシリコーンゴム接合基材として、厚さ2mmのゴムシートを作製した。それを60mm×15mmにカットした。
実施例1のシリカ蒸着PETフィルムに代えて、シリカ蒸着していないPETフィルムであるルミラーS10(t=100μm)(東レ株式会社製;商品名)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、1ショット当たり4枚の比較例1の試験サンプルを作製した。
実施例1のシリカ蒸着PETフィルムに代えて、ルミラーS10(t=100μm)(東レ株式会社製;商品名)を用いたことと、圧着に際し表面改質したPETフィルムにシリコーン系接着剤SE9186L RTV(東レダウコーニング株式会社製;商品名)を塗布し、両シートを貼り合わせて圧着したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、1ショット当たり4枚の比較例2の試験サンプルを作製した。
実施例1及び比較例1〜2で得られた試験サンプルに対し、接着評価測定器としてデジタルフォースゲージZP−200N(IMADA社製;商品名)を用い、引張速度100mm/分、剥離角度180°で、接着評価試験を行った。その試験の結果、ゴム破断で100%ゴム被覆率のものを○、部分剥離で20〜50%ゴム被覆率のものを△、完全剥離のものを×とする3段階で評価した。その結果を、表1に示す。
実施例1及び比較例1〜2で得られた試験サンプルに対し、水道水を用いて、98℃で15時間、煮沸処理した後、前記と同様に、接着強度を測定した。その結果を、表1に示す。
実施例1及び比較例1〜2で得られた試験サンプルに対し、85℃、85%RHで192時間、静置した後、前記と同様に、接着強度を測定した。その結果を、表1に示す。
Claims (8)
- シリコーンゴムを含んで形成されたシリコーンゴム接合基材と、接合側表面に酸化物、硫化物及び/又は窒化物を露出させており非ガラス素材で形成された被接合基材とが、前記シリコーンゴム接合基材の表面の反応性官能基と前記酸化物、前記硫化物及び/又は前記窒化物の表面の反応性官能基との直接的な結合によって、接合されていることを特徴とするシリコーンゴム接合体。
- 前記シリコーンゴム接合基材と、前記非ガラス被接合基材とが、共有結合によって、前記結合をしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゴム接合体。
- 前記非ガラス被接合基材が、表面酸化物層、表面硫化物層及び/又は表面窒化物層を有し、若しくは基材素材に前記酸化物、前記硫化物及び/又は前記窒化物を含有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゴム接合体。
- 前記表面酸化物層が、シリカ膜、アルミナ膜、酸化チタン膜、酸化ジルコニウム膜、及び硫化亜鉛−シリカ膜から選ばれる少なくとも何れかであり、前記表面硫化物層が硫化ケイ素膜、硫化アルミニウム膜、硫化チタン膜、硫化ジルコニウム膜、及び硫化亜鉛膜から選ばれる少なくとも何れかであり、前記表面窒化物層が、窒化ケイ素膜、窒化アルミニウム膜、窒化チタン膜、窒化ジルコニウム、及び窒化亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも何れかであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシリコーンゴム接合体。
- 前記表面酸化物層、前記表面硫化物層及び/又は前記表面窒化物層が、蒸着膜、スパッター膜、イオンプレティング膜、及び/又は化学気相沈積膜であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシリコーンゴム接合体。
- 前記シリコーンゴムが、パーオキサイド架橋型シリコーンゴム、付加架橋型シリコーンゴム、縮合架橋型シリコーンゴム、電磁波架橋型シリコーンゴム、これらの少なくとも何れかとオレフィン系ゴムとの共ブレンド物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゴム接合体。
- 前記非ガラス素材が、金属、高分子樹脂、架橋ゴム、セラミックスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゴム接合体。
- 前記シリコーンゴム接合基材の接合側表面と、前記非ガラス被接合基材の接合側表面とが、コロナ放電処理表面、プラズマ処理表面、紫外線処理表面、及び/又はエキシマ処理表面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゴム接合体。
