Abstract
Description
Semiconductor;相補性金属酸化膜半導体)型イメージセンサーなどの撮像素子によって構成されるユニットである。

Claims (6)
- 挿入部の先端に設けられ、内部から外部へと貫通する貫通孔を有する先端硬性部と、
前記挿入部の内部に設けられ、先端が前記貫通孔に挿入された状態で固定された長尺の撮像部と、
前記挿入部の内部に設けられ、先端の外形が前記挿入部内の他の構造物に応じて予め規定された形状となるように成形された先端成形部を有し、前記先端成形部が前記貫通孔に挿入固定されたライトガイドファイバー束と、
前記先端成形部から少なくとも前記挿入部の内部に亘って前記ライトガイドファイバー束を被覆する延伸多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン製の被覆チューブと、
を備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記ライトガイドファイバー束の先端成形部は、先端の外形が非円形状に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記被覆チューブは、前記先端成形部にて前記ライトガイドファイバー束に接着固定された固定部を有し、
前記貫通孔は、前記先端成形部と前記固定部とが挿入固定され、前記固定部の前後で一定の内径に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記ライトガイドファイバー束は、前記ライトガイドファイバー束の断面を円形に形成した場合の直径に対して短径が前記直径の90%以下となるように前記被覆チューブを介して前記撮像部によって圧迫されて配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記撮像部は、イメージガイドファイバー束であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一つに記載の内視鏡。
- 前記撮像部の外皮は、延伸多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5の何れか一つに記載の内視鏡。
