Abstract
Description
回転体の端部が、導入ポート及び導出ポートの開口したボディの内壁面に臨むように設けられ、端部には液体を導出する導出ポート以外となる他の導出ポートを閉塞する弁体が設けられると共に、端部と内壁面との間に回転体の軸方向に沿った隙間が設けられることを特徴とする。
Claims (13)
- 液体の導入される導入ポート(96)と該液体が導出される複数の導出ポート(98、204)とを有したボディ(12、18、162、170、202)と、前記ボディ(12、18、162、170、202)の内部に回転自在に設けられた回転体(16、156、208)とを有し、駆動部(14)の駆動作用下に前記回転体(16、156、208)が回転することで、該回転体(16、156、208)の端部に形成された連通路(78、184、186、214)を介して複数の導出ポート(98、204)のいずれか1つと前記導入ポート(96)とを連通させ、前記導出ポート(98、204)への液体の供給状態を切り換える切換バルブ(10、150、200、230)において、
前記回転体(16)の端部が、前記導入ポート(96)及び前記導出ポート(98)の開口した前記ボディ(18、170、202)の内壁面に臨むように設けられ、前記端部には前記液体を導出する前記導出ポート(98、204)以外となる他の導出ポート(98、204)を閉塞する弁体(82、154、206、232)が設けられると共に、前記端部と前記内壁面との間に前記回転体(16、156、208)の軸方向に沿った隙間が設けられることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記回転体(16、156、208)には、対向する前記ボディ(18、170、202)の内壁面に当接するガイド体(80、174)が設けられることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(82)は、前記回転体(16)に設けられた弾発部材(92)によって前記導出ポート(98)側へと付勢されることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項2記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記回転体(16、208)は、該回転体(16、208)の収納される収納孔(30、172)に対して回転自在に支持され、該収納孔(30、172)に臨む外周面にはシール部材(70)が設けられることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項3記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(82)は前記導出ポート(98)の通路径よりも大きな直径で形成された球体であることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項5記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(82)は、前記導出ポート(98)の数量に対して1つだけ少ない数量設けられることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(154)は、前記回転体(156)の軸方向に移動自在に設けられ、スプリング(196)によって弁閉方向に付勢されたポペット弁(152)であることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項7記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(154)は、前記回転体(156)の端面に設けられた突起部(160)によって前記スプリング(196)の弾発力に抗して前記ボディ(170)側に向かって押圧されることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(206、232)は、可撓性を有し外縁部の保持されたダイヤフラム弁であることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項9記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(206)は、前記液体の供給作用下に押圧され弁開状態となり、前記ボディ(202)の内壁面に当接することを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項10記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記弁体(206)は、前記連通路(214)に連通した連通ポート(220)を閉塞自在に設けられることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記導出ポート(98、204)は、前記ボディ(18、170、202)の周方向に沿って互いに等間隔離間するように設けられ、前記導入ポート(96)は、前記ボディ(18、170、202)及び前記導出ポート(98、204)の中心となる位置に設けられることを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項4記載の切換バルブにおいて、
前記ボディ(12、162)には、前記収納孔(30、172)の底部と外部とを連通するドレンポート(42、199、234)が設けられることを特徴とする切換バルブ。
