Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る撮像装置を含む内視鏡システム全体の構成を示す模式図である。図1に示す内視鏡システム1は、内視鏡2と、伝送ケーブル3と、操作部4と、コネクタ部5と、プロセッサ6(処理装置)と、表示装置7と、光源装置8と、を備える。
まず、内視鏡2の構成について説明する。図2に示す内視鏡2は、撮像部20と、伝送ケーブル3と、コネクタ部5と、を備える。
次に、プロセッサ6の構成について説明する。
プロセッサ6は、内視鏡システム1の全体を統括的に制御する制御装置である。プロセッサ6は、電源部61と、画像信号処理部62と、クロック生成部63と、記録部64と、入力部65と、プロセッサ制御部66と、を備える。
次に、光源装置8の構成について説明する。光源装置8は、白色光源部81と、特殊光源部82と、集光レンズ83と、照明制御部84と、を備える。
次に、各色の画素について詳細に説明する。はじめに、B画素について説明する。図4は、B画素の断面図である。図4に示すように、B画素200aは、Si基板201と、Si基板201に形成されている受光部としてのフォトダイオード202と、各画素間を電気的に接続する配線層203と、各配線層203を電気的に絶縁にする絶縁層204と、表面を平坦化するためのバッファ層205と、フォトダイオード202を覆うように配置されているBカラーフィルタ206aと、表面を保護する保護層207と、最表面に形成されているマイクロレンズ208と、を有する。

Claims (5)
- 基板上に積層されるとともに2次元状に配置されており、受光量に応じた電荷を発生する複数の受光部と、
前記受光部上に積層されているカラーフィルタであって、青色の波長帯域の光と青紫色の波長帯域の光との双方の光を透過するB(ブルー)カラーフィルタと、緑色の波長帯域の光と青紫色の波長帯域の光との双方の光を透過するCy(シアン)カラーフィルタと、赤色の波長帯域の光と青紫色の波長帯域の光との双方の光を透過するMg(マゼンタ)カラーフィルタとのうち、少なくとも1つを含むカラーフィルタと、
前記Cyカラーフィルタが積層されている前記受光部上に配置されている450nm近傍に反射率のピークを有する第1の多層膜と、
前記Mgカラーフィルタが積層されている前記受光部上に配置されている450nm〜500nmの間に反射率のピークを有する第2の多層膜と、
を備えることを特徴とする撮像素子。 - 前記基板は、Si基板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像素子。
- 前記Cyカラーフィルタ及び前記Mgカラーフィルタが積層されている前記受光部に入射する光は、青紫色の波長帯域の光の強度が青色の波長帯域の光の強度より高いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の撮像素子。
- 前記カラーフィルタは、
前記複数の受光部における水平ラインの偶数ラインにおいて、前記Cyカラーフィルタと前記Bカラーフィルタとが交互に配置されており、かつ、前記複数の受光部における水平ラインの奇数ラインにおいて、前記Mgカラーフィルタと前記Cyカラーフィルタとが交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の撮像素子。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の撮像素子を備えることを特徴とする撮像装置。
