Abstract
Description
[実施例1]
(塗工液の作成)
まず、重量平均分子量45万、水酸基価90〜100であるアクリル酸エステル共重合体(A)100重量部に対し、溶剤44重量部で希釈し、その後、オリゴマー(B)、モノマー(C)、架橋剤(D)、光重合開始剤(E)を添加して、十分に撹拌することにより粘着剤組成物と溶剤とからなる塗工液(粘着剤溶液)を調整した。ここで、溶剤として、酢酸エチルを採用している。また、オリゴマー(B)として、共栄社化学社製 型番「UF−8001G」を採用し、アクリル酸エステル共重合体(A)100重量部に対し2.2重量部添加している。モノマー(C)として、2−イソシアナートエチルメタクリレートを採用し、アクリル酸エステル共重合体(A)100重量部に対し0.11重量部添加している。また、架橋剤(D)として、東ソー社製 型番「コロネートHX」を採用し、アクリル酸エステル共重合体(A)100重量部に対し、0.088重量部添加している。光重合開始剤(E)として、BASFジャパン社製 型番「Irgacure184」を採用し、オリゴマー(B)とモノマー(C)との合計重量の1.0%添加している。
(粘着シートの作成)
A4サイズの基材シート(第1剥離シートに相当:ニッパ社製、型番:PET38X1-V0)上に、アプリケーターを用いて上記塗工液(粘着剤溶液)を塗工して粘着剤層を形成した後、乾燥炉(アドバンテック社製 型番:DRD620DA)で90℃にて5分間加熱・乾燥し、粘着剤層を半硬化させた。その後、第2剥離シート(東洋紡績社製 型番:E7006-38μm)を粘着剤層上に貼合して、実施例1に係る粘着シートサンプルを形成した。なお、粘着剤層の厚さは、半硬化状態で100μmとなるように構成している。
実施例2に係る粘着シートサンプルは、上記実施例1におけるオリゴマー(B)の添加量を、アクリル酸エステル共重合体(A)100重量部に対し6.6重量部添加している点以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして作成した。
実施例3に係る粘着シートサンプルは、上記実施例1におけるオリゴマー(B)の添加量を、アクリル酸エステル共重合体(A)100重量部に対し11重量部添加している点以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして作成した。
比較例1に係る粘着シートサンプルは、上記実施例1におけるオリゴマー(B)の代わりに、モノマー(第一工業製薬製MF-101,官能基数:3)を添加して塗工液を構成している点以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして作成した。なお、モノマー(第一工業製薬製MF-101,官能基数:3)の添加量は、アクリル酸エステル共重合体(A)100重量部に対し11重量部としている。ここで、モノマー(第一工業製薬製MF-101,官能基数:3)は光硬化性モノマーであり、当該モノマーを含有する塗工液により構成される粘着剤層は、活性エネルギー線の照射により、モノマー(第一工業製薬製MF-101,官能基数:3)とモノマー(C)とが重合反応して硬化する。
(試験用積層体の作成)
まず、各粘着シートサンプルから第1剥離シートを取り外した後、疑似カバーガラス(素ガラス板:厚さ0.7mm、サイズ60mm×120mm)に各粘着シートサンプルを積層し、ハンドローラーを用いて疑似カバーガラスと粘着シートの粘着剤層とを貼合して、粘着シート付き疑似カバーガラスを作成する。次いで、疑似カバーガラスと粘着シートとの間に気泡が残存していないことを確認した後、第2剥離シートを粘着剤層から取り外し、疑似LCDに貼り付け、確認試験の対象となる積層体を作製した。なお、疑似LCDは、厚さ0.7mmの素ガラス板に偏光板(サンリッツ社製 型番:HLC2-5610S)を貼合して作成した。また、偏光板上に粘着剤層が積層されるように粘着シート付き疑似カバーガラスを配置し、ハンドローラーを用いて疑似カバーガラス、粘着シートサンプル、及び、疑似LCDの積層体を形成し、オートクレーブ処理後(温度45℃、圧力0.6MPaの条件下で20分)、疑似カバーガラス、粘着シートサンプル、及び、疑似LCDの界面に気泡が残存していないことを確認した後、紫外線を照射して粘着シートにおける粘着剤層を完全硬化させて、積層体を構成する疑似カバーガラス、粘着シートサンプル、及び、疑似LCDを一体化した。また、疑似LCDのサイズは、疑似カバーガラスと同一となるように形成している。なお、紫外線の照射条件としては、積算光量が2000mJ/cm2となるように、高圧水銀ランプ紫外線照射機を用いて1PASSで照射した。
環境試験装置を用いて、各粘着シートサンプルのそれぞれについて、6個のうち3個に対して、80℃×240時間の負荷を与え、残り3個に対して、60℃・90%R.H.×240時間の負荷を与えた後、各粘着シートサンプルを取り出して、目視により、いわゆる遅れ気泡等が発生しているか否かについて確認行った。目視による確認は、蛍光灯下で行った。
Claims (7)
- 架橋性官能基を有するアクリル酸エステル共重合体と、
重合性不飽和基を2つ以上有するオリゴマーと、
前記アクリル酸エステル共重合体と反応する官能基及び前記オリゴマーと反応する官能基を有するモノマーと、
熱により前記アクリル酸エステル共重合体と反応する架橋剤と、
活性エネルギー線の照射による重合反応を開始させる重合開始剤と、を含有する粘着剤組成物。 - 前記モノマーは、水酸基と反応する有機官能基を有する(メタ)アクリロイル基含有モノマーである請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記オリゴマーは、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを含む請求項1又は2に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル酸エステル共重合体は、カルボキシル基を含まない請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の粘着剤組成物を加熱により1次架橋させた粘着剤層を備える粘着シート。
- 請求項5に記載の粘着シートを備えるタッチパネル。
- 請求項5に記載の粘着シートを備える表示装置。
