Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係るモールド樹脂付電線1を示す平面図である。図2は、第1実施形態に係るモールド樹脂付電線1を構成する端子付導線10を示す側面図である。なお、図2においては、モールド樹脂20,20及び熱収縮チューブ30を断面図で示している。
図3は、第1実施形態に係るモールド樹脂付電線1の製造工程を示す説明図である。図4は、導線12に平滑部16を形成する様子を示す説明図である。図5は、平滑部16の形成前及び形成後の導線12を部分的に示す概略断面図である。
図7は、第2実施形態に係る平滑部16aの形成前および形成後の導線12aを部分的に示す概略断面図である。本実施形態の平滑部16aは、抵抗溶接によって形成された部分である。抵抗溶接によって平滑部16aを形成する場合、導線12aを構成する金属素線13a各々は、金属メッキされていない導電性の金属線のみで構成されるとよい。
上記実施形態では、導線12の絶縁及び保護を目的として、熱収縮チューブ30を採用しているが、その他の態様が採用されてもよい。例えば、非導電性のテープを導線12に巻付ける態様や、あるいは、非導電性のシート状部材で1本または複数本の導線12を覆う態様も採用し得る。

Claims (9)
- モールド樹脂付電線であって、
導電性金属で形成された導線と、端子接続部を介して前記導線の一方の端部に接続された端子とを含む端子付導線と、
前記端子付導線における前記端子接続部を覆うモールド樹脂と、
を備え、
前記導線は、前記端子接続部から他方側に離れた位置に外周面が平滑な平滑部を有し、
前記モールド樹脂が、前記端子付導線における、前記端子接続部から前記平滑部までの範囲内を覆う、モールド樹脂付電線。 - 請求項1に記載のモールド樹脂付電線であって、
前記導線が、1本に束ねられた複数の金属素線で構成されている、モールド樹脂付電線。 - 請求項2に記載のモールド樹脂付電線であって、
前記平滑部は、前記複数の金属素線が溶融固化して一体化した部分である、モールド樹脂付電線。 - 請求項2に記載のモールド樹脂付電線であって、
前記導線を構成する前記金属素線は、
第1金属で形成された芯線部と、
少なくとも一部の前記芯線部の外側を覆っており、前記第1金属よりも融点が低い第2金属で形成されたメッキ部と、
を含み、
前記平滑部の前記外周面において、隣接する前記芯線部間に前記メッキ部の溶融固化物が介在する、モールド樹脂付電線。 - 請求項4に記載のモールド樹脂付電線であって、
前記平滑部の内側部分において、隣接する前記芯線部間が前記メッキ部の溶融固化物で埋められている、モールド樹脂付電線。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のモールド樹脂付電線であって、
前記平滑部の断面形状が円形である、モールド樹脂付電線。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のモールド樹脂付電線であって、
前記モールド樹脂から露出する前記導線の外側を覆う非導電性の熱収縮チューブ、
をさらに備える、モールド樹脂付電線。 - 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のモールド樹脂付電線であって、
前記モールド樹脂が、複数の前記端子付導線を並列状態に保持するように形成されている、モールド樹脂付電線。 - モールド樹脂付電線の製造方法であって、
(a)導電性金属で形成された導線の一方の端部に、端子接続部を介して端子が接続された端子付導線を準備する準備工程と、
(b)前記端子付導線の前記導線における前記端子接続部から他方側に離れた位置に、外周面が平滑な平滑部を形成する平滑部形成工程と、
(c)前記平滑部が形成された前記端子付導線の前記端子接続部をインサート成形用金型の内部に挿入し、且つ、前記端子から延びる前記導線を前記インサート成形用金型の開口部から外部に露出させた状態で、前記端子接続部を覆うモールド樹脂を形成するインサート成形工程と、
を含み、
前記平滑部形成工程で形成される前記平滑部の外形状は、前記インサート成形用金型の前記開口部の開口形状に対応する形状とされ、
前記インサート成形工程は、前記インサート成形用金型の前記開口部の内周面が前記平滑部の外周面に接した状態で前記インサート成形用金型の内部に樹脂が充填される工程を含む、モールド樹脂付電線の製造方法。
