Claims (5)
- 第1のねじ部を有する樹脂製のライナーと、
前記第1のねじ部にねじ係合する第2のねじ部を有し、前記第2のねじ部が前記第1のねじに締結されることにより前記ライナーの外側に取り付けられるボスと、
前記ライナーおよび前記ボスに設けられ、前記ボスが前記ライナーに対して前記第1のねじ部と前記第2のねじ部との締結が緩む方向に回転することを抑制する回転抑制部とを備える圧力容器。 - 前記回転抑制部は、前記ライナーと前記ボスとの当接面の一方に形成された少なくとも一つの凸部と他方に形成されて前記凸部に係合可能な少なくとも一つの凹部とを含んでいる請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記凸部は緩斜面と当該緩斜面の最凸部に連続する急斜面とによるラチット歯形状に形成され、前記凹部は、緩斜面と当該緩斜面の最凹部に連続する急斜面とによるラチェット歯形状に形成され、前記第1のねじ部と前記第2のねじ部とが締結する方向の回転を許し、前記第1のねじ部と前記第2のねじ部との締結が緩む方向の回転を阻止するラチェットをなす請求項2に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記凸部及び前記凹部は、各々の前記急斜面に互いに相補的な形状に形成されて互いに係合するオーバハングを有する請求項3に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記凸部及び前記凹部は、前記第1のねじ部あるいは前記第2のねじ部の中心軸線周りの複数箇所に形成されている請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載の圧力容器。
