Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る粘着シート1Aは、基材11と、基材11の一方の面側に設けられた無機フィラー含有樹脂層12と、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12における基材11とは反対側に設けられた粘着剤層13と、粘着剤層13における無機フィラー含有樹脂層12とは反対側に設けられた剥離シート14とから構成される。
本実施形態に係る粘着シート1A,1B,1Cにおいて、基材11は絶縁性を有する。基材11が絶縁性を有することで、通常の環境下での使用において、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cが絶縁性を発揮することができる。
(1)無機フィラー含有樹脂層の組成
無機フィラー含有樹脂層12は、絶縁性の無機フィラーを含有する。無機フィラー含有樹脂層12が絶縁性の無機フィラーを含有することで、高温により基材11や無機フィラー含有樹脂層12中のマトリクスが炭化や燃焼・分解した場合であっても、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12中の無機フィラーが絶縁性の膜として残存する。さらに、基材11に絶縁破壊が生じ、さらには無機フィラー含有樹脂層12中のマトリクスが絶縁破壊の経路に沿って炭化等した場合であっても、当該経路に無機フィラーが絶縁体として存在する。これらによって、粘着シート1A,1B,1C自体の絶縁性が確保される。
活性エネルギー線硬化性成分としては、活性エネルギー線の照射により硬化して所望の硬度を発揮するものであれば特に限定されない。
活性エネルギー線硬化性成分以外に使用することのできる有機成分としては、熱硬化性樹脂、熱可塑性樹脂等が挙げられる。当該成分を配合することにより、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12と基材11との密着性をより高いものにすることができる。かかる有機成分の具体例としては、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリエーテルイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリアリレート樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、ポリサルフォン樹脂、メラミン樹脂、フェノール樹脂等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、耐熱性に優れたポリアミドイミド樹脂が好ましい。
無機フィラー含有樹脂層12における無機フィラーの含有量は、0.5〜50g/m2であることが好ましく、特に0.5〜10g/m2であることが好ましく、さらには0.5〜2g/m2であることが好ましい。無機フィラーの含有量が0.5g/m2以上であることで、高温により基材11や無機フィラー含有樹脂層12中のマトリクスが炭化や燃焼・分解した場合であっても、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12中の無機フィラーが絶縁性の膜として良好に残存する。さらに、基材11に絶縁破壊が生じ、さらには無機フィラー含有樹脂層12中のマトリクスが絶縁破壊の経路に沿って炭化等した場合であっても、当該経路に無機フィラーが絶縁体として良好に存在する。これらにより、粘着シート1A,1B,1C自体の絶縁性を効果的に確保することできる。また、無機フィラーの含有量が50g/m2以下であることで、製造コストが過度に高いものとなることが回避され、さらに、無機フィラー含有樹脂層用組成物を用いた層形成が容易になる。無機フィラー含有樹脂層12における無機フィラーの含有量は、無機フィラー含有樹脂層用組成物中の無機フィラーの添加量や無機フィラー含有樹脂層12の厚さを調整することで、適宜調整することができる。

で表される化合物等が好ましく用いられる。
本実施形態の無機フィラー含有樹脂層12を形成するための組成物は、上述した成分以外に、各種添加剤を含有してもよい。各種添加剤としては、例えば、光重合開始剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤、シランカップリング剤、老化防止剤、熱重合禁止剤、着色剤、界面活性剤、保存安定剤、可塑剤、滑剤、消泡剤、有機系充填材等が挙げられる。
本実施形態に係る粘着シート1A,1B,1Cでは、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12をハードコート層とする場合、基材11上に形成された状態における当該ハードコート層のJIS K5600−5−4に準拠して測定される鉛筆硬度は、HB以上であることが好ましく、特にH以上であることが好ましい。ハードコート層がこのような鉛筆硬度を有することで、優れた耐熱性を発揮することができる。なお、ハードコート層の鉛筆硬度の上限値は特に制限されないものの、段差に対する優れた追従性が得られる観点から、9H以下であること好ましく、特に6H以下であることが好ましく、さらには3H以下であることが好ましい。なお、図3に示される粘着シート1Cでは、2つのハードコート層のそれぞれの鉛筆硬度が、同じであってもよく、あるいは、異なっていてもよい。なお、ハードコート層の鉛筆硬度は、後述する試験例に示す通りである。
無機フィラー含有樹脂層12の厚さは、0.1μm以上であることが好ましく、特に0.5μm以上であることが好ましく、さらには1μm以上であることが好ましい。また、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12の厚さは、10μm以下であることが好ましく、特に7μm以下であることが好ましく、さらには4μm以下であることが好ましい。無機フィラー含有樹脂層12の厚さが0.1μm以上であることにより、高温により基材11が炭化や燃焼・分解したり、基材11が絶縁破壊した場合であっても、無機フィラーによる絶縁性を効果的に発揮することができる。また、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12の厚さが10μm以下であることにより、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cが適度な柔軟性を有し、段差が存在する面に粘着シート1A,1B,1Cを貼付する場合であっても、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cが当該段差に対して良好に追従することができる。なお、図3に示される粘着シート1Cでは、2つの無機フィラー含有樹脂層12のそれぞれの厚さが、同じであってもよく、あるいは、異なっていてもよい。
本実施形態に係る粘着シート1A,1B,1Cにおいて、粘着剤層13は、少なくとも一方の面における最外層(剥離シートを除く)として設けられる。なお、図1〜3にそれぞれ示される粘着シート1A,1B,1Cは、一層の粘着剤層13を有するものの、粘着剤層13をさらにもう一層設けてもよい。例えば、図1に示される粘着シート1Aでは、基材11における無機フィラー含有樹脂層12とは反対側の面に粘着剤層13を追加してもよい。また、図2に示される粘着シート1Bでは、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12における基材11とは反対側の面に粘着剤層13を追加してもよい。さらに、図3に示される粘着シート1Cでは、図中上側の無機フィラー含有樹脂層12における基材11とは反対側の面に粘着剤層13を追加してもよい。
粘着剤層13を構成する粘着剤としては特に限定されず、難燃性、耐熱性、絶縁性等の観点から適宜選択することができる。特に、粘着剤層13を構成する粘着剤としては、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、ゴム系粘着剤およびウレタン系粘着剤が好ましい。中でも、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12や電極等との密着性、後述する粘着剤層13の120℃における貯蔵弾性率や粘着力の微妙な調整の容易さ等の観点から、特にアクリル系粘着剤が好ましい。
アクリル系粘着剤は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体を含有することが好ましく、特に、当該(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体が架橋剤によって架橋されたものを含有することが好ましい。
シリコーン系粘着剤は、オルガノポリシロキサン、特に付加型オルガノポリシロキサン(の硬化物)を含有することが好ましい。付加型オルガノポリシロキサンは、シロキサン結合を主骨格としアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサンとオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンとを反応させて得られるものであることが好ましい。
R1 aSiO(4−a)/2・・・(II)
(式中、R1は互いに同一又は異種の炭素数1〜12、好ましくは1〜8の非置換又は置換の1価炭化水素基であり、aは1.5〜2.8、好ましくは1.8〜2.5、より好ましくは1.95〜2.05の範囲の正数である。)
ゴム系粘着剤は、ゴム弾性成分としてのA−B−A型ブロック共重合体と、粘着付与剤と、所望によりさらに、劣化防止のために抗酸化剤を含有するのが好ましい。
本実施形態に係る粘着シート1A,1B,1Cでは、粘着剤層13の120℃における貯蔵弾性率は、1〜500kPaであることが好ましく、特に10〜200kPaであることが好ましく、さらには40〜100kPaであることが好ましい。当該貯蔵弾性率が上記範囲であることにより、比較的高い温度の条件下であっても粘着剤層13は十分な硬さを有する。そのため、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cに圧力が加わる場合であっても、粘着剤層13が変形しにくく、粘着剤層13が基材11および無機フィラー含有樹脂層12からはみ出しにくい。これにより、粘着剤層13に起因して電子部品の不具合が生じることが抑制される。なお、粘着剤層13の120℃における貯蔵弾性率の測定方法は、後述する試験例に示す通りである。
粘着剤層13の厚さは、1μm以上であることが好ましく、特に3μm以上であることが好ましく、さらには4μm以上であることが好ましい。また、粘着剤層13の厚さは、50μm以下であることが好ましく、特に15μm以下であることが好ましく、さらには9μm以下であることが好ましい。粘着剤層13の厚さが1μm以上であることにより、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cは十分な粘着力を発揮することができる。また、粘着剤層13の厚さが50μm以下であることにより、粘着剤層13中の残留溶剤や気泡の混入等を防ぎ、上述した貯蔵弾性率や後述する粘着力の調整が容易となる。
剥離シート14は、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cの使用時まで粘着剤層を保護するものであり、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cを使用するときに剥離される。本実施形態に係る粘着シート1A,1B,1Cにおいて、剥離シート14は必ずしも必要なものではない。
本実施形態に係る粘着シート1A,1B,1Cのアルミニウム板に対する粘着力は、0.1〜20N/25mmであることが好ましく、特に0.5〜10N/25mmであることが好ましく、さらには1〜5N/25mmであることが好ましい。ここでいう粘着力は、基本的にはJIS Z0237:2009に準じた180°引き剥がし法により測定した粘着力をいい、詳細な測定方法は後述する試験例にて示す通りである。
本実施形態に係る粘着シート1Aは、例えば、基材11と無機フィラー含有樹脂層12との積層体、および粘着剤層13と剥離シート14との積層体をそれぞれ作製し、無機フィラー含有樹脂層12と粘着剤層13とが接するようにこれらの積層体を貼合することで製造することができる。
本実施形態に係る粘着シート1A,1B,1Cは、電子部品に好ましく使用することができる。電子部品の例としては、フレキシブルプリント基板、電池、リジッド基板、モーター等が挙げられる。特に、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cは、電子部品において、電流が流れる導電体に接触した状態で使用することができる。この場合、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cの粘着剤層13側の面を当該導電体に貼付してもよく、あるいは、基材11側の面を当該導電体に接触させてもよい。さらには、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cの両面を導電体に接触させてもよい。粘着シート1A,1B,1Cは、例えば、電子部品において、電気回路といった導電体を保護する目的で使用することができる。また、粘着シート1A,1B,1Cは、電子部品において、電極といった導電体を固定する目的で使用することができる。
1.基材上における無機フィラー含有樹脂層の形成
活性エネルギー線硬化性成分としてのジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(硬化後にガラス転移点が観測されない材料)40質量部と、光重合開始剤としてのヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン5質量部と、無機フィラーとしてのオルガノシリカゾル(日産化学社製,商品名「MEK−ST」;平均粒径30nm)60質量部(固形分換算値;以下同じ)とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の無機フィラー含有樹脂層用塗布液を調製した。
アクリル酸ブチル77質量部、アクリル酸メチル20質量部およびアクリル酸3質量部を共重合させて、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体を調製した。この重合体の分子量を後述するゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)を用いて測定したところ、重量平均分子量(Mw)は90万であった。次に、当該(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体100質量部と、架橋剤としてのトリメチロールプロパン変性トリレンジイソシアネート(トーヨーケム社製,商品名「BHS8515」)2.2質量部と、架橋剤としてのアルミニウムトリス(アセチルアセトナート)(綜研化学社製,商品名「M−5A」)0.3質量部とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の粘着剤層用塗布液を調製した。
上記の通り作製した第1の積層体の無機フィラー含有樹脂層側の面と、上記の通り作製した第2の積層体の粘着剤層側の面とを貼合し、粘着シートを得た。
ポリアミドイミド樹脂(東洋紡社製,商品名「バイロマックスCHX02」)45質量部と、無機フィラーとしてのオルガノシリカゾル(日産化学社製,商品名「MEK−ST」)60質量部とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の無機フィラー含有樹脂層用塗布液を調製した。当該無機フィラー含有樹脂層用塗布液を使用したこと以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。なお、この粘着シートにおける、無機フィラー含有樹脂層中の無機フィラーの含有量は、1.2g/m2であった。
シリコーン系粘着剤(東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製,商品名「SD-4584」)100質量部と、触媒(東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製,商品名「CAT−SRX−212」)0.5質量部とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の粘着剤層用塗布液を調製した。当該粘着剤層用塗布液およびポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの片面をフッ素系剥離剤で剥離処理した剥離シート(リンテック社製,商品名「PET50FD」)を使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。
ポリイソブチレン(日本ブチル社製,商品名「Exxon Butyl 268」)100質量部と、メタクリロイル基含有ポリイソプレンゴム(クラレ社製,商品名「UC−203」)5質量部と、脂肪族系石油樹脂(日本ゼオン社製,商品名「クイントンA100」)20質量部とを混合し、トルエンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の粘着剤層用塗布液を調製した。当該粘着剤層用塗布液を使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。
活性エネルギー線硬化性成分としてのジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート40質量部と、光重合開始剤としてのヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン5質量部と、無機フィラーとしてのアルミナセラミックナノ粒子(ビックケミージャパン社製,商品名「NANOBYK−3601」)60質量部とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の無機フィラー含有樹脂層用塗布液を調製した。当該無機フィラー含有樹脂層用塗布液を使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。なお、この粘着シートにおける、無機フィラー含有樹脂層中の無機フィラーの含有量は、2.2g/m2であった。
アクリル酸ブチル60質量部、アクリル酸メチル20質量部およびアクリル酸20質量部を共重合させて、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体を調製した。この重合体の分子量を後述するゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)を用いて測定したところ、重量平均分子量(Mw)は60万であった。当該(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体100質量部と、架橋剤としてのトリメチロールプロパン変性トリレンジイソシアネート(トーヨーケム社製,商品名「BHS8515」)2.2質量部とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の粘着剤層用塗布液を調製した。当該粘着剤層用塗布液を使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。
アクリル酸ブチル99質量部およびアクリル酸4−ヒドロキシブチル1質量部を共重合させて、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体を調製した。この重合体の分子量を後述するゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)を用いて測定したところ、重量平均分子量(Mw)は150万であった。当該(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体100質量部と、架橋剤としてのトリメチロールプロパン変性トリレンジイソシアネート(トーヨーケム社製,商品名「BHS8515」)2.2質量部とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の粘着剤層用塗布液を調製した。当該粘着剤層用塗布液を使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。
活性エネルギー線硬化性成分としてのジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート40質量部と、光重合開始剤としてのヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン5質量部と、無機フィラーとしての反応性シリカ(表面にアクリロイル基を有するシリカ微粒子であって、表面修飾前のシリカ微粒子の平均粒径が15nmであるもの)60質量部とを混合し、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、固形分濃度20質量%の無機フィラー含有樹脂層用塗布液を調製した。当該無機フィラー含有樹脂層用塗布液を使用した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。なお、この粘着シートにおける、無機フィラー含有樹脂層中の無機フィラーの含有量は、2.0g/m2であった。
第1の積層体の基材側の面と、第2の積層体の粘着剤層側の面とを貼合した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。
第1の積層体の基材側の面と、第2の積層体の粘着剤層側の面とを貼合した以外、実施例2と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。
第1の積層体の替わりに、基材としてのポリイミドフィルム(東レデュポン社製,商品名「カプトン100H」,厚さ25μm)を使用し、その基材の一方の面と、第2の積層体の粘着剤層側の面とを貼合した以外、実施例1と同様にして粘着シートを製造した。
粘着シートの粘着力は、以下に示す操作以外、JIS Z0237:2009に準じて測定した。
実施例または比較例の粘着シートの製造に使用した基材について、JIS C2107の項目17「絶縁耐力」に準じて、絶縁破壊を生じる最小の電圧(以下「絶縁破壊電圧」という場合がある。)を測定した。具体的には、まず、基材を300mm×300mmに裁断して、試験片を得た。次に、当該試験片の両面を、耐電圧測定器(計測技研社製,商品名「AC耐電圧試験器7220」)の電極で挟んだ。このとき、電極が試験片の中央に接するようにした。次に、電流を10mAとし、電圧を0Vから絶縁破壊が生じるまで、500V/sの速度で昇圧させた。このときに測定された、絶縁破壊が生じた電圧を記録した。結果を表1に示す。
実施例または比較例で得られた粘着シートの剥離フィルムを剥離し、露出した粘着剤層をアルミニウム板に貼合して、試験片を得た。その後、デジタルハイテスタ(日置電機社製,商品名「3802−50」)を用いて、この試験片の粘着シート側の面とアルミニウム板側の面との間の抵抗値を測定した。これにより、粘着シートの厚み方向の抵抗値を測定した。

実施例または比較例で得られた粘着シートの剥離フィルムを剥離し、露出した粘着剤層をアルミニウム板に貼合して、試験片を得た。この試験片を、800℃の窒素雰囲気環境下にて1時間加熱した。その後、デジタルハイテスタ(日置電機社製,商品名「3802−50」)を用いて、この試験片の粘着シート側の面とアルミニウム板側の面との間の抵抗値を測定した。これにより、粘着シートの厚み方向の抵抗値を測定した。

実施例または比較例で得られた粘着シートの剥離フィルムを剥離し、露出した粘着剤層をアルミニウム板に貼合して、試験片を得た。この試験片に対して、10kVの電圧を印加した。その後、デジタルハイテスタ(日置電機社製,商品名「3802−50」)を用いて、この試験片の粘着シート側の面とアルミニウム板側の面との間の抵抗値を測定した。これにより、粘着シートの厚み方向の抵抗値を測定した。

実施例および比較例の粘着シートの製造において、第2の積層体の粘着剤層側の面と、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの片面をシリコーン系剥離剤で剥離処理した剥離シート(リンテック社製,商品名「PET251130」)の剥離処理面とを貼合して、両面を剥離シートで保護された粘着剤層単独からなる測定用シートを得た。
実施例または比較例で得られた第2の積層体から剥離シートを剥がし、粘着剤層を厚さ0.6mmになるように複数層積層した。得られた粘着剤層の積層体から、直径8mmの円柱体(高さ0.6mm)を打ち抜き、これをサンプルとした。
測定周波数:1Hz
測定温度:120℃
実施例および比較例の粘着シートの製造の際に得られた第1の積層体における無機フィラー含有樹脂層について、JIS K 5600−5−4に準じ、鉛筆硬度を測定した。測定には、鉛筆引っかき硬度試験機(安田精機製作所社製,製品名「No.553−M」)を使用し、引っかき速度は、1mm/秒とした。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (7)
- 絶縁性の基材と、
前記基材の少なくとも一方の面側に設けられ、絶縁性の無機フィラーを含有する無機フィラー含有樹脂層と、
少なくとも一方の面における最外層として設けられた粘着剤層と
を備えたことを特徴とする粘着シート。 - 前記基材は、UL94規格の難燃レベルV−0を満たす難燃性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記無機フィラー含有樹脂層は、前記基材の一方の面側に設けられ、前記粘着剤層は、前記無機フィラー含有樹脂層における前記基材とは反対の面側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記無機フィラー含有樹脂層中の前記無機フィラーの含有量は、0.5〜50g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記無機フィラー含有樹脂層は、活性エネルギー線硬化性成分および前記無機フィラーを含有する組成物を硬化させた材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記基材は、絶縁破壊を生じる最小の電圧が1kV以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着シート。
- 電子部品において使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の粘着シート。
