Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載されるべき二次電池を管理する電池管理装置であって、
前記二次電池と、モータを駆動するインバータとの間の電流経路に挿入されるスイッチを駆動する駆動部と、
前記二次電池の異常を検出したとき、前記駆動部に前記スイッチのターンオフを指示する第1異常検出部と、
前記第1異常検出部と並列に設けられ、前記二次電池の異常を検出したとき、前記駆動部に前記スイッチのターンオフを指示する第2異常検出部と、を備え、
前記第1異常検出部は、前記車両を管理制御している電子制御部から前記二次電池の放電停止禁止を指示されている場合、前記二次電池の異常を検出しても前記駆動部への前記スイッチのターンオフ指示を保留し、
前記第2異常検出部は、前記電子制御部からの指示と無関係に、前記二次電池の異常を検出してから一定時間経過後に、前記駆動部に前記スイッチのターンオフを指示することを特徴とする電池管理装置。 - 前記第1異常検出部は、前記電子制御部から前記二次電池の放電停止禁止を指示されている場合、前記二次電池の異常を検出してから前記一定時間経過後に、前記駆動部に前記スイッチのターンオフを指示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池管理装置。
- 前記第1異常検出部および前記第2異常検出部は、前記二次電池の過電圧を検出したとき、前記駆動部に前記スイッチのターンオフを指示する第1過電圧検出部および第2過電圧検出部であり、
前記第1過電圧検出部は、
前記二次電池の電圧、及び前記電子制御部からの信号が入力され、前記駆動部に指示信号を出力するマイクロコントローラを有し、
前記第2過電圧検出部は、
前記二次電池の電圧と過電圧検出用電圧とを比較する比較器と、
前記比較器の出力信号を前記一定時間遅延させる遅延回路と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池管理装置。 - 車両に搭載されるべき二次電池と、
前記二次電池を管理する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池管理装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする電源システム。
