Abstract
Description
本発明の好ましい態様は、前記粗分級部に投入される前記混合物は、流動層式の固体燃料燃焼炉、流動層式廃棄物焼却炉、または流動床式ガス化炉から抜き出された流動媒体と不燃物との混合物であり、流動媒体の調和平均粒径は0.2mm以上0.8mm以下であることを特徴とする。
本発明の好ましい態様は、前記第2流動空気供給床は前記粗分級部に向かって下方に傾斜しており、前記第2流動空気供給床の傾斜角度は一様であるか、または前記粗分級部に近くなるほど大きくなることを特徴とする。
本発明の好ましい態様は、前記第1流動空気供給床は、下側流動空気供給床と、該下側流動空気供給床よりも高い位置に配置された上側流動空気供給床とから構成されており、前記上側流動空気供給床の下方には、前記粗分級部および前記精密分級部で除去された異物を排出するための排出口が設けられていることを特徴とする。
本発明の好ましい態様は、前記上側流動空気供給床から供給される流動空気の鉛直方向水平断面平均速度は、前記下側流動空気供給床から供給される流動空気の鉛直方向水平断面平均速度よりも高いことを特徴とする。
図1は本発明の流動層分級装置の一実施形態を示す模式図である。流動層分級装置は、粗分級部1と精密分級部2とを備えており、粗分級部1と精密分級部2との間には、鉛直方向に延びる隔壁3が設けられている。粗分級部1と精密分級部2は、隔壁3によって互いに仕切られている。粗分級部1の側方には、被分級物Aを流動層分級装置に投入するための投入部5が設けられている。

Claims (8)
- 流動層を形成するための流動媒体と、流動媒体に混入した流動層を構成するのに相応しくない異物との混合物から、異物を沈降させて取り除く流動層分級方法であって、
隔壁によって精密分級部から仕切られた粗分級部に前記混合物を投入し、
前記粗分級部に流動空気を供給しながら、該粗分級部で比較的大きな異物及び比重の大きな異物を除去し、
異物が除去された前記混合物を主に前記隔壁の上方を通って前記精密分級部に導き、
前記精密分級部に流動空気を供給しながら、該精密分級部でさらに異物を除去することを特徴とする流動層分級方法。 - 前記粗分級部でのUmf比は1以上2.0未満に保たれ、前記精密分級部でのUmf比は1以上1.5以下に保たれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動層分級方法。
- 前記粗分級部に投入される前記混合物は、流動層式の固体燃料燃焼炉、流動層式廃棄物焼却炉、または流動床式ガス化炉から抜き出された流動媒体と不燃物との混合物であり、流動媒体の調和平均粒径は0.2mm以上0.8mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流動層分級方法。
- 流動層を形成するための流動媒体と、流動媒体に混入した流動層を構成するのに相応しくない異物との混合物から、異物を沈降させて取り除く流動層分級装置であって、
比較的大きな異物及び比重の大きな異物を除去するための粗分級部と、
前記粗分級部で異物が除去された前記混合物からさらに異物を除去するための精密分級部と、
前記粗分級部と前記精密分級部とを仕切る隔壁と、
前記粗分級部内に流動空気を供給する第1流動空気供給床と、
前記精密分級部内に流動空気を供給する第2流動空気供給床とを備えたことを特徴とする流動層分級装置。 - 前記粗分級部でのUmf比は1以上2.0未満に保たれ、前記精密分級部でのUmf比は1以上1.5以下に保たれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流動層分級装置。
- 前記第2流動空気供給床は前記粗分級部に向かって下方に傾斜しており、前記第2流動空気供給床の傾斜角度は一様であるか、または前記粗分級部に近くなるほど大きくなることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の流動層分級装置。
- 前記第1流動空気供給床は、下側流動空気供給床と、該下側流動空気供給床よりも高い位置に配置された上側流動空気供給床とから構成されており、
前記上側流動空気供給床の下方には、前記粗分級部および前記精密分級部で除去された異物を排出するための排出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の流動層分級装置。 - 前記上側流動空気供給床から供給される流動空気の鉛直方向水平断面平均速度は、前記下側流動空気供給床から供給される流動空気の鉛直方向水平断面平均速度よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流動層分級装置。
