Claims (8)
- 被検者の網膜をビーム光で走査する眼底像形成装置であって、
第1焦点を通って入射したビーム光を第2焦点を通るように反射する反射鏡と、
前記反射鏡の前記第1焦点の位置に一致するように配置され、入射したビーム光を二次元方向に走査すべく反射する二次元走査部と、
前記二次元走査部の走査により前記第1焦点から出射するビーム光の角度変化と、前記反射鏡で反射されて前記第2焦点に入射するビーム光の角度変化との比率が不均一であることにより生じる、前記網膜へのビーム光の照度ムラを補正する補正部と
を備える眼底像形成装置。 - 前記網膜で反射したビーム光を検出する検出部を備え、
前記補正部は、 前記二次元走査部の走査角度および走査タイミングの少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記検出部によるビーム光の強度の検出結果を補正する請求項1に記載の眼底像形成装置。 - 前記二次元走査部の前記走査角度および前記走査タイミングの前記少なくとも一方と、前記照度ムラとの補正量を対応付けて格納した補正値格納部をさらに備え、
前記補正部は、前記補正値格納部を参照することにより前記検出結果を補正する請求項2に記載の眼底像形成装置。 - 前記二次元走査部の前記走査角度および前記走査タイミングの少なくとも一方、および、前記検出部の検出結果に基づいて前記網膜の画像を再構成する画像処理部をさらに備え、
前記補正部は、前記不均一に基づいて前記網膜の画像に生じる走査歪を補正する請求項2または3に記載の眼底像形成装置。 - 前記補正部は、前記ビーム光の光路内に配され、入射したビーム光を、前記不均一を補正する強度分布で出射する光学部材を含む請求項1に記載の眼底像形成装置。
- 前記光学部材は、前記ビーム光の入射に対する出射の強度の二次元的な分布により前記不均一を補正する請求項5に記載の眼底像形成装置。
- 前記光学部材は、前記二次元走査部の走査角度および走査タイミングの少なくとも一方に同期して、出射する強度を時間的に変化させることにより前記不均一を補正する請求項5に記載の眼底像形成装置。
- 前記網膜で反射したビーム光を検出する検出部と、
前記二次元走査部の走査角度および走査タイミングの少なくとも一方、および、前記検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記網膜の画像を再構成する画像処理部と
をさらに備え、
前記補正部は、前記不均一に基づいて前記網膜の画像に生じる走査歪を補正する請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の眼底像形成装置。
