Abstract
Description

Claims (9)
- 各光源が光放射のビームを供給するように構成されている複数の光源(22、32)と、
前記光源によって供給される前記ビームを受光して偏向するように配置されている偏向装置(42)であって、前記偏向装置を放射横断するビームの走査処理のために構成されている前記偏向装置を備える走査光学システムであって、
前記ビームは、第1の配向で前記偏向装置(42)に投射される第1のビーム(18)を含む前記光源、及び第2の配向で前記偏向装置(42)に投射される第2のビーム(20)を含む前記光源によって供給され、前記第1の配向は前記第2の配向と異なっている。 - 前記偏向装置(42)は、少なくとも1つの傾斜軸周りに傾斜させるために配置された第1の走査ミラー(50)を含み、前記第1のビーム(18)は、前記第1の配向を有する前記第1の走査ミラーに投射され、前記第2のビーム(20)は、前記第2の配向を有する前記第1の走査ミラーに投射される請求項1に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記偏向装置(42)は、第1の傾斜軸周りに傾斜させるために配置された第1の走査ミラー(50)及び第2の傾斜軸周りに傾斜させるために配置された第2の走査ミラー(52)を含み、前記第1の傾斜軸は、前記第2の傾斜軸に垂直に配向され、前記第1と第2のビーム(18、20)は、前記第1と第2の配向で前記第1の走査ミラーに、それぞれ投射され、前記第1の走査ミラーは、共通の第3の配向を有する前記第2の走査ミラーに対し前記第1と第2のビームを方向づけるように配備されている請求項1または2に記載の走査光学システム。
- ターゲットを光学的に分析するための干渉測定装置を備え、前記測定装置は、ターゲットから後方散乱された放射線と光源によって提供されるビームの少なくとも一方から得られた参照放射の間の干渉を確立するように配備された請求項1から3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記測定装置は、OLCRベースの測定ユニット(14)と、OCTベースの測定ユニット(16)の少なくとも1つを含む請求項4に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記測定装置は、以下に示す、眼の軸長を測定するための機能、角膜の中央の厚さを測定するための機能、眼の前房の軸方向の長さを測定するための機能、眼の水晶体の中心の厚さを測定するための機能、眼の角膜曲率測定を行う機能、眼の白から白への距離を測定する機能、眼(12)の瞳孔測定を行う機能、眼の視軸の偏心量を測定するための機能、及び眼の網膜の厚さを測定する機能の少なくとも1つを実行するように構成された測定ユニット(14)を含む請求項4または5に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記測定装置は、眼の構造をイメージする少なくとも二次元または三次元の1つを実行するように構成される測定ユニット(16)を含む請求項4から6のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記複数の光源は、2である請求項1から7のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記複数の光源は、3である請求項1から7のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
