Abstract
Description
ガラスパネルユニットについて、スペーサの違いによる物性の違いを試験した。スペーサとして、式(6)に示されるポリイミドのフィルムを用いたスペーサ(実施例1)と、式(7)に示されるポリイミドのフィルムを用いたスペーサ(実施例2)と、を準備した。実施例1のスペーサでは、ポリイミドフィルムとして、カネカ製「アピカル」(登録商標)を使用した。実施例1のポリイミドは、ピロメリット酸二無水物と4,4’−オキシジアニリンとの縮合物(略称:PDMA/ODA)である。実施例2のスペーサでは、ポリイミドフィルムとして、宇部興産製「ユーピレックス−R」(登録商標)を使用した。実施例2のポリイミドは、3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸無水物とp−フェニレンジアミンとの縮合物(略称:BPDA/PDA)である。実施例1のスペーサは、直径0.5mm、高さ0.116mmとした。実施例2のスペーサは、直径0.5mm、高さ0.125mmとした。なお、スペーサのサイズは、ガラスパネルユニットに組み込まれる前の値である。
(変形率)={(排気工程後の直径)−(排気工程前の直径)}/(排気工程前の直径)
で表される。
・PF1:カネカ製「アピカル」、式(6)に示されるポリイミド。
・PF2:デュポン製「カプトン」、式(6)に示されるポリイミド。
・PF3:宇部興産製「ユーピレックス−R」、式(7)に示されるポリイミド。
・PF4:三菱ガス化学製「ネオプリム」、式(1)において有機基R1に芳香環を含まず有機基R2に芳香環を含むポリイミド。

請求項1に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記式(2)の有機基R3は、芳香環を含む、
請求項4に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記式(2)の有機基R3は、ジフェニルエーテル構造を含む、
請求項4に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記式(3)の有機基R4は、芳香環を含む、
請求項7に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記シールは、低融点ガラスを含む、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記真空空間は、350℃以下の温度で加熱しながら排気することによって形成された真空雰囲気を有する、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記第1ガラスパネル及び前記第2ガラスパネルは、排気口を有していない、
