Abstract
Description
ガラスパネルユニットについて、スペーサの高さの違いによる物性の違いを試験した。スペーサとして、ベンゾオキサゾール構造を有するポリイミドフィルムの積層体を用いた。ポリイミドフィルムの厚み及び積層数を異ならせることで、スペーサの高さを調整した。ポリイミドフィルムとしては、東洋紡績製「ゼノマックス」(登録商標)を使用した。シールの高さの調整は、粒子のサイズで行った。粒子は粒径132μmのものを使用した。したがって、シールの高さは132μmである。スペーサの直径は500μmとした。
Claims (3)
- 第1ガラスパネルと、
前記第1ガラスパネルと対向するように配置された第2ガラスパネルと、
前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルとを枠状に気密に接合するシールと、
前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルと前記シールとで囲まれた真空空間と、
前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルとの間に配置された少なくとも1つのスペーサと、を備え、
前記スペーサの高さは、前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルとの間における前記シールの高さよりも小さい、
ガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルとは、平面視における外縁が揃っている、
請求項1に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 前記シールは、前記第1ガラスパネルと前記第2ガラスパネルとの間の距離を調整する材料を備えている、
請求項1又は2に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
