Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 他の部品と接触領域において接触しつつ前記他の部品に対して相対的に運動すべき機械部品であって、
第1金属からなるベース部と、
前記接触領域の少なくとも一部を構成するように前記ベース部を覆う肉盛層と、を備え、
前記接触領域を構成する前記肉盛層の表面は平滑化されている、機械部品。 - 前記肉盛層は、
第2金属からなる母相と、
前記母相中に分散する硬質粒子と、を含む、請求項1に記載の機械部品。 - 前記接触領域を構成する前記肉盛層の表面から前記硬質粒子の平均粒径以内の領域である肉盛層表層領域内に位置する前記硬質粒子は、前記肉盛層に埋め込まれた状態で並んで配置される、請求項2に記載の機械部品。
- 前記肉盛層表層領域内に位置する前記硬質粒子は、前記肉盛層の前記表面に接するように配置される、請求項3に記載の機械部品。
- 前記肉盛層表層領域内に位置する前記硬質粒子の、前記肉盛層の前記表面から露出する領域に対応する中心角は鋭角である、請求項3に記載の機械部品。
- 前記肉盛層は、前記肉盛層と前記ベース部との界面を含む領域において、前記ベース部に向けて突出する突出部を含む、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の機械部品。
- 前記突出部には、前記硬質粒子の少なくとも一部が進入している、請求項6に記載の機械部品。
- 前記接触領域を構成する前記肉盛層の表面は鍛造により平滑化されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の機械部品。
- 他の部品と接触領域において接触しつつ前記他の部品に対して相対的に運動すべき機械部品の製造方法であって、
第1金属からなるベース部材を準備する工程と、
前記ベース部材の表面に接触して前記ベース部材の表面を覆うように肉盛層を形成する工程と、
前記接触領域の少なくとも一部を前記肉盛層が構成し、かつ前記肉盛層が加工されるように前記肉盛層が形成された前記ベース部材を鍛造する工程と、を備える、機械部品の製造方法。 - 前記肉盛層が形成された前記ベース部材を鍛造する工程では、前記肉盛層が形成された前記ベース部材が熱間鍛造される、請求項9に記載の機械部品の製造方法。
- 前記肉盛層を形成する工程では、第2金属からなる母相と、前記母相中に分散する硬質粒子と、を含む前記肉盛層が形成される、請求項9または10に記載の機械部品の製造方法。
