Abstract
Description
圧縮機本体の空気流入調整を行う吸入弁を有し、吸入弁からの空気流入量を変化させることで、無負荷運転時に最小循環給油圧力以上の値と低い値の二段階の減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行うようにした。
また、上記実施例における圧縮機本体は、スクリュー圧縮機や、スクロール圧縮機、レシプロ圧縮機などに適用可能で、圧縮方式にこだわらない。

Claims (11)
- 冷却のための液体を循環させるための冷却経路を備え、圧力差により圧縮機本体内に前記液体を循環させる液冷式圧縮機であって、
前記圧縮機本体の空気流入調整を行う吸入弁を有し、
前記吸入弁からの空気流入量を変化させることで、無負荷運転時に最小循環給油圧力以上の値と低い値の二段階の減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行うことを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の液冷式圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機本体の下流側に位置し無負荷運転時に圧力が保持される箇所と前記吸入弁を連通する経路と、
前記経路に開閉装置を備え、
前記開閉装置の作動により、前記二段階の減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行うことを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の液冷式圧縮機において、
前記吸入弁の上流側と下流側を連通する経路と、
前記経路に開閉装置を備え、
前記開閉装置の作動により、前記二段階の減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行うことを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 請求項2または3のいずれか1項に記載の液冷式圧縮機において、
温度検出装置を備え、
前記温度検出装置で検出される値に応じて、前記開閉装置を作動させることを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 請求項2または3のいずれか1項に記載の液冷式圧縮機において、
無負荷運転連続時間を算出する時間積算装置を備え、該積算される無負荷運転連続時間に応じて、前記開閉装置を作動させることを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 請求項4に記載の液冷式圧縮機において、
前記温度検出装置で検出される値が第1の値を超えた場合、前記開閉装置を開状態にして、前記吸入弁を微開状態とし、最小循環給油圧力以上の減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行い、
前記温度検出装置で検出される値が第1の値よりも小さい第2の値を下回った場合、前記開閉装置を閉状態にして、前記吸入弁を閉状態とし、最小循環給油圧力よりも低い減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行うことを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 請求項5に記載の液冷式圧縮機において、
無負荷運転時に、前記積算時間が第1の値を超えた場合、前記開閉装置を開状態にして、前記吸入弁を微開状態とし、最小循環給油圧力以上の減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行い、
その後、前記積算時間が第2の値を超えた場合、前記開閉装置を閉状態にして、前記吸入弁を閉状態とし、最小循環給油圧力よりも低い減圧運転圧力で減圧運転を行うことを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 冷却のための液体を循環させるための冷却経路を備え、圧力差により圧縮機本体内に前記液体を循環させる液冷式圧縮機であって、
最小循環給油圧力よりも低い減圧運転圧力と圧縮機本体の上限温度と下限温度を設定できる設定画面を設けたことを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機。 - 冷却のための液体を循環させるための冷却経路を備え、圧力差により圧縮機本体内に前記液体を循環させる液冷式圧縮機の運転方法であって、
無負荷運転時に最小循環給油圧力より低い減圧運転圧力での第1の減圧運転と最小循環給油圧力以上の減圧運転圧力での第2の減圧運転とを行うことを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機の運転方法。 - 請求項9に記載の液冷式圧縮機の運転方法において、
圧縮機本体の温度に応じて、前記第1の減圧運転と第2の減圧運転を切換えることを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機の運転方法。 - 請求項9に記載の液冷式圧縮機の運転方法において、
無負荷運転連続時間に応じて、前記第1の減圧運転と第2の減圧運転を切換えることを特徴とする液冷式圧縮機の運転方法。
