を満たすことを特徴とする抵抗スポット溶接方法。

Claims (6)
- 鋼板の1ないし2枚以上とアルミニウム板の1ないし2枚以上を直接重ねて、最外側に配置される板の一方が鋼板で、他方がアルミニウム板とした板組みを抵抗スポット溶接するに際して、
鋼板と接触する電極の先端径DFeと、アルミニウム板と接触する電極の先端径DAlとの関係が、
DFe>DAl
を満たすことを特徴とする抵抗スポット溶接方法。 - 鋼板と接触する電極の先端径DFeが4mm以上であり、かつ、アルミニウム板と接触する電極の先端径DAlが3mm以上16mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抵抗スポット溶接方法。
- アルミニウム板と接触する電極の先端曲率半径RAlが40mmを超えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の抵抗スポット溶接方法。
- 鋼板と接している各アルミニウム板において、溶接後のアルミニウム板の板厚t1が溶接前の板厚t0の20%以下となる径x1と、溶接後の鋼板とアルミニウム板との接合径x2との関係が、

を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抵抗スポット溶接方法。 - アルミニウム板の溶接前の板厚t0(mm)と、溶接後の鋼板とアルミニウム板との接合径x2(mm)との関係が、

を満たすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の抵抗スポット溶接方法。 - 溶接中の電流値が20kA以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の抵抗スポット溶接方法。
