Claims (1)
- 矩形の基板の周縁と表示領域の周縁との間にある額縁部に配線が施されたフィルムが接続された表示パネルを製造する表示パネル製造方法であって、
前記額縁部の前記フィルムが接続されている側に、前記基板と前記フィルムとの接続部分を保護する保護樹脂を直線状に塗布する塗布工程において、
前記額縁部の幅の20%以上、30%以下の内径のノズルが接続されるシリンジに、摂氏23度の環境での粘度が4Pa・s以上、6Pa・s以下の前記保護樹脂を投入し、
前記保護樹脂を収容する容器の最初の開封から144時間以内では、前記基板と前記ノズルとの相対速度が26mm/s以上、28mm/s以下となるように前記基板、および、前記ノズルの少なくとも一方を動かし、
前記保護樹脂を収容する容器の最初の開封から144時間以降では、前記基板と前記ノズルとの相対速度が24mm/s以上、26mm/s未満となるように前記基板、および、前記ノズルの少なくとも一方を動かし、
前記基板に対する前記ノズルの位置が第一位置の時に、200kPa以上、280kPa以下の圧力の気体によって加圧された前記保護樹脂を前記ノズルから吐出し、
前記基板に対する前記ノズルの位置が第二位置の時に前記保護樹脂の吐出を停止する
