Claims (10)
- 基材搬送路において、前記基材をバットの樹脂ワニスに浸漬させ、前記バットの上方にある掻き取り治具により基材の余分な樹脂ワニスを掻き取り、その後乾燥装置により前記基材を乾燥させる、プリプレグの製造装置であって、
基材搬送路上における、前記バットの樹脂ワニスの液面から前記掻き取り治具までの距離及び前記掻き取り治具から乾燥装置までの距離を調整可能に構成されている、プリプレグの製造装置。 - 前記掻き取り治具を前記基材搬送路に沿って上下に昇降させる掻き取り治具昇降装置と、
前記バットを上下に昇降させるバット昇降装置と、を有する、請求項1に記載のプリプレグの製造装置。 - 前記バットの樹脂ワニス内において前記基材を上方に折り返す含浸ロールと、前記掻き取り治具との距離を調整する調整機構を、さらに有する、請求項2に記載のプリプレグの製造装置。
- 前記含浸ロールは、接続部材によって前記掻き取り治具の支持機構に連接され、前記掻き取り治具と一体的に移動可能であり、
前記接続部材は、長さを変更可能である、請求項3に記載のプリプレグの製造装置。 - 前記接続部材は、長さの異なる複数の接続部材の中から選択可能である、請求項4に記載のプリプレグの製造装置。
- 前記掻き取り治具昇降装置は、前記掻き取り治具を前記バットの樹脂ワニスに接する位置と接しない位置に移動可能である、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載のプリプレグの製造装置。
- 基材搬送路において、前記基材をバットの樹脂ワニスに浸漬させ、前記バットの上方にある掻き取り治具により基材の余分な樹脂ワニスを掻き取り、その後乾燥装置により前記基材を乾燥させる、プリプレグの製造方法であって、
樹脂ワニスの種類に応じて、基材搬送路上における前記バットの樹脂ワニスの液面から前記掻き取り治具までの距離、又は前記掻き取り治具から前記乾燥装置までの距離の少なくともいずれかを調整する工程を有する、プリプレグの製造方法。 - 前記工程は、前記掻き取り治具を上下に移動させる工程、又は前記バットを上下に移動させる工程の少なくともいずれかを有する、請求項7に記載のプリプレグの製造方法。
- 前記バットの樹脂ワニス内において前記基材を上方に折り返す含浸ロールと、前記掻き取り治具との距離を調整する工程をさらに有する、請求項8に記載のプリプレグの製造方法。
- 前記掻き取り治具を上下に移動させる工程は、前記掻き取り治具を前記バットの樹脂ワニスに接する位置に移動させる工程を含む、請求項8又は9に記載のプリプレグの製造方法。
