Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る空気調和機1を示す回路図である。この図1に基づいて、空気調和機1について説明する。図1に示すように、空気調和機1は、室外機2と室内機3とを備えている。室外機2には、圧縮機4、四方弁5、第1の熱交換器6及び膨張手段である電子膨張弁7が設けられている。圧縮機4は、吸入された冷媒を圧縮するものであるが、本実施の形態1では、容積式圧縮機が用いられている。容積式圧縮機としては、ロータリ圧縮機、スクロール圧縮機、スクリュー圧縮機又は往復圧縮機等がある。また、本実施の形態1における圧縮機4は、インバータ回路(図示せず)によって圧縮機4の回転数が制御される容量制御タイプである。そして、四方弁5は、冷媒の流路を切り換えるものである。また、第1の熱交換器6は、室外送風機6aを備えており、冷媒は、第1の熱交換器6で、この室外送風機6aによって搬送される室外機2の周囲の空気と熱交換を行う。電子膨張弁7は、絞り開度を調節して、冷媒の流量を制御するものであり、これは、減圧機構の一例である。
次に、実施の形態2に係る空気調和機1について説明する。本実施の形態2は、難燃性冷媒として、R134a又はR125を使用している。本実施の形態2は、R134a又はR125といった特に燃え難い冷媒を、エチレン系フッ化炭化水素に添加することによって、低GWPを達成しつつ、高性能且つより安全性の高い空気調和機1を得ることができる。
次に、実施の形態3に係る空気調和機1について説明する。図4は、実施の形態3に係る空気調和機1を示す回路図である。本実施の形態3は、難燃性冷媒としてR134aを使用しており、また、冷媒回路1aを循環する冷媒の循環組成を検出する構成を付加している点で、実施の形態1と相違する。本実施の形態3では、実施の形態1と共通する部分は同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、この実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明する。
次に、実施の形態4に係る空気調和機1について説明する。図8は、実施の形態4における第1の熱交換器6を示す正面図である。実施の形態4は、第1の熱交換器6の配管径を特定した点で、実施の形態1と相違する。本実施の形態4では、実施の形態1と共通する部分は同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、この実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明する。
次に、実施の形態5に係る空気調和機1について説明する。図9は、実施の形態5における第1の熱交換器6を示す正面図である。実施の形態5は、第1の熱交換器6の構造を特定した点で、実施の形態1と相違する。本実施の形態5では、実施の形態1と共通する部分は同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、この実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明する。
次に、実施の形態6に係る空気調和機1について説明する。図10は、実施の形態6における第1の熱交換器6を示す正面図である。実施の形態6は、第1の熱交換器6の短軸側の径(短軸径)を特定した点で、実施の形態5と相違する。本実施の形態6では、実施の形態5と共通する部分は同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、この実施の形態5との相違点を中心に説明する。
Claims (14)
- 圧縮機、第1の熱交換器、膨張手段及び第2の熱交換器が、配管接続され、冷媒が循環する冷媒回路を有し、
前記冷媒は、
エチレン系フッ化炭化水素に、難燃性冷媒を混合したものである
ことを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記難燃性冷媒は、R134aである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気調和機。 - 前記難燃性冷媒は、R125である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気調和機。 - 前記エチレン系フッ化炭化水素に対する前記難燃性冷媒の混合割合は、50%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記圧縮機の吐出側と前記圧縮機の吸入側とをバイパスするバイパス回路と、
前記バイパス回路に設けられ、前記冷媒を凝縮又は蒸発させる中間熱交換器と、
前記中間熱交換器から流通する前記冷媒の圧力を下げて、前記冷媒を前記中間熱交換器に流通する減圧器と、
前記バイパス回路内の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記バイパス回路内の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、
前記温度検出手段で検出した温度と、前記圧力検出手段で検出した圧力とに基づいて、前記冷媒の組成比を演算する組成演算手段と、を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記組成演算手段で演算した前記冷媒の組成比に基づいて、前記膨張手段の開度を調節する制御部を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1の熱交換器及び前記第2の熱交換器は、伝熱管を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1の熱交換器又は前記第2の熱交換器の管径は、7.0mmより小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1の熱交換器及び前記第2の熱交換器のうち、一方の管径は、他方の管径よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1の熱交換器及び前記第2の熱交換器のうち、少なくとも一つの内部は、入口側から出口側にかけて、前記冷媒の流通経路が1個から2個に分岐している
ことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1の熱交換器及び前記第2の熱交換器のうち、少なくとも一つは、管の内側に溝が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1の熱交換器及び前記第2の熱交換器のうち、少なくとも一つは、扁平している
ことを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記第1の熱交換器及び前記第2の熱交換器のうち、扁平している伝熱管は、その短軸径が2.0mm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の空気調和機。 - 冷凍能力が1馬力以下である場合、前記圧縮機の吐出側における配管の管径は、9.52mm以下である
