Claims (4)
- 安全弁を有する複数の電池、及び前記安全弁から排出される排出物を外部に導くダクトを含む電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールが設置される金属製の設置用基板と、
前記電池モジュールと前記設置用基板の間に配置される金属製の取付部材と、
前記取付部材と前記設置用基板とを互いに締結する金属製の締結部であって、前記設置用基板に立設され前記取付部材に設けられる取付貫通穴を通るオネジ軸部と該オネジ軸部に噛みあうメネジ穴部、及び前記オネジ軸部の外径よりも大きな大径部とを有するナットとの組み合わせ体、または前記設置用基板に設けられるメネジ穴部、及び該メネジ穴部に噛みあい前記取付部材に設けられる前記取付貫通穴を通るオネジ軸部と該オネジ軸部の外径よりも大きな大径部を有するボルトとの組み合わせ体である締結部と、
前記締結部と前記取付部材との間、及び前記取付部材と前記設置用基板との間とを互いに電気的に絶縁する絶縁部材と、
を備え、
前記絶縁部材は、
前記締結部の前記オネジ軸部を通す内径穴を有し、前記締結部の前記オネジ軸部の外周全面と前記取付部材との間の電気的絶縁、及び前記締結部の前記大径部の外周全面と前記取付部材との間の電気的絶縁を行う環状絶縁部と、
前記環状絶縁部の前記内径穴に対応して前記締結部の前記オネジ軸部を通す対応内径穴を有し、前記取付部材と前記設置用基板との間の電気的絶縁を行う板状絶縁部と、
を含む、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記環状絶縁部の少なくとも前記大径部の外周全面を覆う部分と、前記取付部材との間には、前記電池パック内にある大気中の水分が液体化したものまたは大気中の水分が液体化したものを溜めることができる溜まり隙間が設けられる、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記取付部材は、複数の前記電池モジュールと前記設置用基板の間に配置され、前記複数の電池モジュールを保持する、電池パック。 - 第1金属部材と第2金属部材とを互いに締結する金属製の締結部であって、前記第2金属部材に立設され前記第1金属部材に設けられる取付貫通穴を通るオネジ軸部と該オネジ軸部に噛みあうメネジ穴部、及び前記オネジ軸部の外径よりも大きな大径部とを有するナットとの組み合わせ体、または前記第2金属部材に設けられるメネジ穴部、及び該メネジ穴部に噛みあい前記第1金属部材に設けられる取付貫通穴を通るオネジ軸部と該オネジ軸部の外径よりも大きな大径部を有するボルトとの組み合わせ体である締結部と、
前記締結部と前記第1金属部材との間、及び前記第1金属部材と前記第2金属部材との間とを互いに電気的に絶縁する絶縁部材と、
を備え、
前記絶縁部材は、
前記締結部の前記オネジ軸部を通す内径穴を有し、前記締結部の前記オネジ軸部の外周全面と前記第1金属部材との間の電気的絶縁、及び前記締結部の前記大径部の外周全面と前記第1金属部材との間の電気的絶縁を行う環状絶縁部と、
前記環状絶縁部の前記内径穴に対応して前記締結部の前記オネジ軸部を通す対応内径穴を有し、前記第1金属部材と前記第2金属部材との間の電気的絶縁を行う板状絶縁部と、
を含む、締結構造体。
