上記PTC素子の第2導電性金属層上に位置する絶縁層、
上記絶縁層上に位置する温度ヒューズ部材、および
上記温度ヒューズ部材の一方の端に接続される第1リードと、その他方の端に接続される第2リード、ここに、第2リードの一部は、上記第2導電性金属層に電気的に接続されている、
を有して成る、保護素子を提供する。
上記の本発明の保護素子、および
過剰電流および/または過剰電圧に応じて、上記保護素子のPTC素子に通電するためのスイッチング素子
を有して成る、保護回路を提供する。

Claims (8)
- 層状PTC要素と、その一方の主表面上に位置する第1導電性金属層と、その他方の主表面上に位置する第2導電性金属層とを有するPTC素子、
上記PTC素子の第2導電性金属層上に位置する絶縁層、
上記絶縁層上に位置する温度ヒューズ部材、および
上記温度ヒューズ部材の一方の端に接続される第1リードと、その他方の端に接続される第2リード、ここに、第2リードの一部は、上記第2導電性金属層に電気的に接続されている、
を有して成る、保護素子。 - さらに、第2の温度ヒューズ部材が、PTC素子に対して直列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の保護素子。
- 上記温度ヒューズ部材および/または第2の温度ヒューズ部材が、それぞれ2つ以上並列で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の保護素子。
- さらに、上記温度ヒューズ部材に対して直列に接続された電流ヒューズ部材を有してなる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の保護素子。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の保護素子、および
過剰電流および/または過剰電圧に応じて、上記保護素子のPTC素子に通電するためのスイッチング素子
を有して成る、保護回路。 - 上記スイッチング素子が、電解効果トランジスタであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の保護回路。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の保護素子または請求項5または6に記載の保護回路を有して成ることを特徴とする電気装置。
- 2次電池セルである、請求項7に記載の電気装置。
