Description
以下に、本発明の第1の実施形態の対象物回収装置1について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図1は、本実施形態の対象物回収装置1の構成を説明する模式図である。
以下に、本発明の第2の実施形態の対象物回収装置に用いられる吸引チップ8aについて、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。本実施形態の対象物回収装置は、吸引チップの構成が異なる以外は第1の実施形態の対象物回収装置1と同じ構成であるため、吸引チップ8以外の構成については説明を省略する。
以下に、参考実施形態の吸引チップ8bについて、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図6は、本実施形態の吸引チップ8bの構成を説明する模式図である。吸引チップ8bは、細胞凝集塊2を吸引するための吸引経路となる管状通路84bを内部に備えた樹脂製の本体部85bと、管状通路84bの一端の開口部である吸引口82bと、管状通路84bの他端の開口部であって吸引ピペットに接続される接続口86aと、本体部85bの吸引口82bに接続されるガラス(本体部85bよりも高剛性、かつ、高耐熱性の材料)製の管状部材12aとを備える。
Claims (8)
- 吸引される対象物を保持するウェルを備えるウェルプレートが載置されるステージと、
前記ステージに載置される前記ウェルプレートから上方に離間して配置され、前記ウェル内に保持される前記対象物に対して上方より照射光を照射する照射手段と、
前記ステージに載置される前記ウェルプレートの下方に配置され、前記ウェル内に保持される前記対象物を下方より観察する観察手段と、
前記ウェル内に保持される前記対象物を吸引するための吸引チップと、
前記吸引のための吸引力を発生させる吸引手段と、
前記吸引手段を上下に移動させる駆動手段と、を備え、
前記吸引チップは、L字状の屈曲部を有し、前記対象物を吸引するための吸引経路となる管状通路を内部に備えた本体部と、前記管状通路の一端の開口部であって前記対象物を吸引するための吸引口と、前記管状通路の他端の開口部であって前記吸引手段に接続される接続口とを備え、
前記吸引チップは、前記吸引チップの前記屈曲部よりも先端部分が前記ウェル内へ略鉛直方向から挿入され、前記屈曲部よりも後端部分が、前記照射手段と前記ウェルプレートとの間の間隙から側方へ延び出す横姿勢に配置され、
前記駆動手段は、前記横姿勢を維持した状態で、前記吸引手段を上下に移動させる、対象物回収装置。 - 前記ウェルは、前記対象物を保持する内底部を有する凹部であり、
前記先端部分の長さが、前記凹部の深さよりも長い、請求項1記載の対象物回収装置。 - 前記本体部の吸引口に接続される管状部材をさらに備え、
該管状部材は、前記本体部よりも高光透過性、高剛性、かつ、高耐熱性の材料からなり、前記管状通路と連通する一端開口部と、前記対象物を吸引する吸引口として機能する他端開口部とを備える、請求項1または2記載の対象物回収装置。 - 前記本体部が樹脂製であり、前記管状部材がガラス製である、請求項3記載の対象物回収装置。
- 前記本体部と前記管状部材との接続部は、前記管状部材の前記一端開口部を含む端部が前記本体部の前記管状通路に挿入された状態で前記管状通路の内周壁が前記端部の外周壁に圧着されるよう前記本体部を熱収縮させることにより形成された接続部である、請求項3または4記載の対象物回収装置。
- 前記管状部材は、内周壁に疎水コート層を備える、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の対象物回収装置。
- 前記対象物が、生体由来の細胞である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の対象物回収装置。
- 前記対象物が、生体由来の細胞凝集塊である、請求項7記載の対象物回収装置。
