Abstract
Description
外部端子を有する蓄電素子と、
接続部を有し、該接続部にて外部端子に接続されるバスバーとを備え、
該バスバーの接続部は、外部端子との対向面と反対側の一部分に薄肉部を有し、
該薄肉部と外部端子とが溶接されている。
薄肉部は、接続部の一部をコイニング加工することによって形成されている、
ようにしてもよい。
外部端子は、蓄電素子内に挿入される軸部を有し、
薄肉部の所定箇所と、外部端子のうち、軸部から当該軸部の軸心と交差する方向に離れた箇所とが溶接されている、
ようにしてもよい。
薄肉部は、外部端子のうち、軸部から当該軸部の軸心と交差する方向に離れた箇所に配置されている、
ようにしてもよい。
外部端子を有する蓄電素子の当該外部端子とバスバーとを溶接する方法であって、
外部端子との対向面と反対側を凹ませることによってバスバーに形成された薄肉部にレーザ光を照射して、該薄肉部と外部端子とを溶接する。
外部端子を有する蓄電素子と、
接続部を有し、該接続部にて外部端子に接続されるバスバーとを備え、

該薄肉部と外部端子とが溶接されている。

外部端子を有する蓄電素子の当該外部端子とバスバーとを溶接する方法であって、
外部端子との対向面と反対側を凹ませることによってバスバーに形成された薄肉部にレーザ光を照射して、該薄肉部と外部端子とを溶接する。
Claims (5)
- 外部端子を有する蓄電素子と、
接続部を有し、該接続部にて前記外部端子に接続されるバスバーとを備え、
該バスバーの接続部は、前記外部端子と対向する一部分に薄肉部を有し、
該薄肉部と前記外部端子とが溶接されている
蓄電装置。 - 前記薄肉部は、前記接続部の一部をコイニング加工することによって形成されている
請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記外部端子は、前記蓄電素子内に挿入される軸部を有し、
前記薄肉部の所定箇所と、前記外部端子のうち、前記軸部から当該軸部の軸心と交差する方向に離れた箇所とが溶接されている
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記薄肉部は、前記外部端子のうち、前記軸部から当該軸部の軸心と交差する方向に離れた箇所に配置されている
請求項3に記載の蓄電装置。 - 外部端子を有する蓄電素子の当該外部端子とバスバーとを溶接する方法であって、
前記外部端子との対向面と反対側を凹ませることによって前記バスバーに形成された薄肉部にレーザ光を照射して、該薄肉部と前記外部端子とを溶接する
