Abstract
Description
シーケンス制御を司る制御部を有し、生命維持装置のためのコントローラであって、
前記制御部の出力状態を前記生命維持装置における各部へ伝え、前記生命維持装置における各部の出力状態を前記制御部へ伝える第1のインタフェース手段と、
前記制御部から出力される所定のデータシーケンスの検出に応じて出力状態を設定し、前記所定のデータシーケンスを新たに受け付けるまで設定された出力状態を維持する第2のインタフェース手段と、を備え、
前記第2のインタフェース手段を介して前記生命維持装置の一部を駆動する。
図2は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る、生命維持装置10としての体外循環装置100の全体構成の一例を示す図である。体外循環装置100は、たとえばPCPS(percutaneous cardiopulmonary support)と呼ばれる手技を行なうのに用いる心肺補助動作(体外循環、補助循環)を行なう。体外循環装置100の機構部30は、図中矢印で示す血液体外循環回路(以下、循環回路と呼ぶ)を有している。体外循環装置100では、プライミング動作を行なった後、この循環回路を用いて被検者50の血液を体外循環させる。ここで、プライミング動作とは、プライミング液(例えば、生理食塩水)で循環回路を十分に満たした状態で、循環回路内でプライミング液を循環させ、当該回路内の気泡を除去する動作をいう。
次に、図3を用いて、図2に示す体外循環装置100に適用されるコントローラ20の機能構成の一例について説明する。なお、図3において、図1や図2に示した構成と同様の構成には同一の参照番号を付してある。
Claims (5)
- シーケンス制御を司る制御部を有し、生命維持装置のためのコントローラであって、
前記制御部の出力状態を前記生命維持装置における各部へ伝え、前記生命維持装置における各部の出力状態を前記制御部へ伝える第1のインタフェース手段と、
前記制御部から出力される所定のデータシーケンスの検出に応じて出力状態を設定し、前記所定のデータシーケンスを新たに受け付けるまで設定された出力状態を維持する第2のインタフェース手段と、を備え、
前記第2のインタフェース手段を介して前記生命維持装置の一部を駆動することを特徴とする生命維持装置のためのコントローラ。 - 前記生命維持装置は体外循環装置であり、
前記第2のインタフェース手段は、血液の循環を行わせるためのモータの駆動に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生命維持装置のためのコントローラ。 - 体外循環経路における気泡の検出に応じて血液の循環を停止させるクランプ手段を更に備え、
前記第2のインタフェース手段は、更に前記クランプ手段を駆動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生命維持装置のためのコントローラ。 - 前記制御部の停止または暴走を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段が前記制御部の停止または暴走を検出した場合に、報知を行う報知手段と、を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の生命維持装置のためのコントローラ。 - シーケンス制御を司る制御部の出力状態を生命維持装置における各部へ伝え、前記生命維持装置における各部の出力状態を前記制御部へ伝える第1のインタフェース手段と、前記生命維持装置の一部を駆動する第2のインタフェース手段とを用いて、前記生命維持装置を制御する制御方法であって、
前記第2のインタフェース手段が、
前記制御部から所定のデータシーケンスでデータが入力されたか否かを判定し、
前記所定のデータシーケンスでデータが入力された場合には前記所定のデータシーケンスで示される出力状態を設定し、
前記所定のデータシーケンスを新たに受け付けるまでは、設定された出力状態を維持することにより、前記生命維持装置の一部の駆動を維持することを特徴とする生命維持装置の制御方法。
