Claims (8)
- 第1の分離膜と、
前記第1の分離膜を介して第2の空間に接続した第1の空間と、
前記第1の空間に第1の流体を供給し、前記第2の空間から前記第1の空間に、前記第1の分離膜を透過して拡散した化学物質を、前記第1の空間から排出される前記第1の流体によりイオン検出器に供給する第1の経路と、
前記第1の空間に設けられた第1のイオン化ユニットとを有する膜交換ユニット。 - 請求項1において、前記第2の空間に第2の流体を供給および排出する第2の経路を有する、膜交換ユニット。
- 請求項2において、
前記第2の空間に設けられた第2のイオン化ユニットを有する、膜交換ユニット。 - 請求項2または3において、前記第2の空間と第3の空間とを接続する第2の分離膜を有し、
前記第2の流体は乾燥した特定成分のガスである、膜交換ユニット。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかにおいて、前記第1のイオン化ユニットは大気圧プラズマを発生させるユニットを含む、膜交換ユニット。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかにおいて、さらに、前記第1の分離膜を加熱および冷却する電熱変換素子を有する、膜交換ユニット。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の膜交換ユニットと、
イオン検出器とを有するシステム。 - 請求項7において、前記イオン検出器はイオン移動度センサーである、システム。
