Claims (4)
- 積層方向に交互に積層された複数の蓄電セル(11)および複数の蓄電セルホルダ(12,12A,12B)と、前記蓄電セル(11)および前記蓄電セルホルダ(12,12A,12B)の積層方向両端に重ね合わせた一対のエンドプレート(14)と、前記一対のエンドプレート(14)を接続するフレーム(15,16)と、前記フレーム(15,16)を覆う絶縁性のインシュレータ(18,19)と、前記複数の蓄電セル(11)を相互に電気的に接続する金属板を有する絶縁性のバスバープレート(28)とを備える蓄電モジュールであって、
前記蓄電セル(11)の表面は結露防止シートで覆われた被覆部(11a,11b)と前記結露防止シートで覆われない非被覆部(11c,11d)とからなり、前記非被覆部(11c,11d)は前記蓄電セルホルダ(12)、前記インシュレータ(18,19)および前記バスバープレート(28)により覆われることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 前記複数の蓄電セルホルダ(12,12B)は前記蓄電セル(11)の温度を測温するサーミスタ(21A,21B)を保持するサーミスタ保持部(12c)を備え、前記サーミスタ保持部(12c)は前記蓄電セルホルダ(12)のうちの前記蓄電セル(11)の非被覆部(11c,11d)を覆う位置に配置され、前記サーミスタ(21A,21B)の数は前記蓄電セルホルダ(12,12B)の数よりも少なく、前記サーミスタ(21A,21B)が装着されない前記サーミスタ保持部(12c)には前記非被覆部(11c,11d)に連通する開口部(α)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記インシュレータ(19)は、前記開口部(α)と前記フレーム(16)との間に前記積層方向に沿って延びる第1隔壁(19d)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記複数の蓄電セルホルダ(12,12A,12B)のうち前記一対のエンドプレート(14)に隣接する一対の蓄電セルホルダ(12A,12B)は、前記第1隔壁(19d)と協働して前記開口部(α)を取り囲む第2隔壁(12j)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。
