Claims (5)
- 表面に配置された収納凹部を有する第1基板と、
前記収納凹部内の略中央に設けられている中央接点と、
前記収納凹部の周縁部に設けられている一対の周辺接点と、
前記一対の周辺接点に架設され、且つ押圧によって前記中央接点と接触する可動接点バネと、
前記第1基板と電気的に接続された一対の接続パッドを有する第2基板と、を有し、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板の断面がL字状となるように一体に形成されている、
ことを特徴とするプッシュスイッチ。 - 前記第1基板は、裏面に配置された一対の導電性の裏面パターンを有し、
前記中央接点は、前記一対の裏面パターンの内の1つと電気的に接続され、
前記一対の周辺接点は、前記一対の裏面パターンの内の他の1つと電気的に接続され、
前記第2基板は、前記第1基板の前記一対の裏面パターンと接続するために、側面に配置された一対の導電性の接続パターン、及び前記一対の導電性の接続パターンとそれぞれ電気的に接続された一対の接続パッドを有し、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板は、前記第1基板の前記裏面と前記第2基板の前記側面とが接着され、接着された状態で前記第1基板と前記第2基板の断面がL字状となるように一体に形成されて、実装基板の端部に配置されている、請求項1に記載のプッシュスイッチ。 - 前記第1基板と前記第2基板の間に配置された基板接着シートを更に有し、
前記基板接着シートは、前記第1基板の前記一対の裏面パターンと前記第2基板の前記一対の導電性の接続パターンとの接続部に対応して設けられた接続用開口部を有している、請求項2に記載のプッシュスイッチ。 - 前記第2基板上に接着され、前記第1基板の側面とその表面の高さとが面一となる厚さ調整用の板状スペーサを更に有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のプッシュスイッチ。
- 前記収納凹部の開口部を閉塞して前記第1基板に接着された可撓性の支持シートと、
前記支持シートの表面かつ前記可動接点バネの頭頂部に設けられた突起部と、
を更に有する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のプッシュスイッチ。
