Claims (7)
- 複数の部品または製品を有するシステムの異常を監視する装置であって、
前記複数の部品または製品の各々は、イオン移動度の異なる複数のマーカー用の化学物質であって、特定の要因により前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質をそれぞれ放出する複数種類のカプセルを含み、さらに、
当該装置は、前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質を検出するイオン移動度センサーを有する装置。 - 請求項1において、前記複数種類のカプセルは、それぞれ所定の耐圧性、耐熱性、耐光性、耐候性または耐薬品性を備えている、装置。
- イオン移動度の異なる複数のマーカー用の化学物質と、
前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質をそれぞれ内包する複数種類のカプセルであって、特定の要因により前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質をそれぞれ放出する複数種類のカプセルとを有する、イオン移動度センサー用の信号を発生する微粒子。 - 請求項3において、前記複数種類のカプセルは、それぞれ所定の耐圧性、耐熱性、耐光性、耐候性または耐薬品性を備えている、微粒子。
- 請求項3または4に記載の微粒子を含む半製品。
- 請求項3または4に記載の微粒子を含む監視対象の部品または製品と、
前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質を検出するイオン移動度センサーとを有する監視システム。 - 複数の部品または製品を有するシステムの異常を監視する装置の制御方法であって、
前記複数の部品または製品の各々は、イオン移動度の異なる複数のマーカー用の化学物質であって、特定の要因により前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質をそれぞれ放出する複数種類のカプセルを含み、さらに、前記装置は、前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質を検出するイオン移動度センサーを有し、
当該制御方法は、前記複数のマーカー用の化学物質のいずれかのマーカー用の化学物質を前記イオン移動度センサーが検出すると、前記複数の部品、製品または要因の内の、検出されたマーカー用の化学物質に関連付けされた部品、製品または要因を判断することを有する、制御方法。
