Claims (5)
- 複数の錠剤がそれぞれのポケットに収容されて並ぶ列が、複数列に亘って搬送され、一列ごとに、或いはポケット毎に、異なる薬剤成分の量を含有する錠剤の包装工程において、錠剤の種類を判別する薬剤検査装置であって、
前記錠剤に近赤外線を含む光線を照射する照射部と、
前記錠剤からの反射光が入射される分光器と、
前記分光器によって分光されたスペクトルを撮像し、撮像データを生成する近赤外線撮像部と、
前記撮像データを処理し、錠剤の種類を判別する演算を行う制御部と、
を備え、
前記近赤外線撮像部は、一回の撮像で、前記列において錠剤が並ぶ方向の所定長さに割り付けられた所定数の画素における各スペクトルを撮像し、
前記制御部は、
前記近赤外線撮像部が、前記一列に含まれる錠剤に対して、少なくとも一回の撮像を行うように制御し、
ポケット毎に、錠剤表面上の画素におけるスペクトルを平均化することで、錠剤一錠あたりの平均スペクトルデータを算出し、
前記平均スペクトルデータに基づいて、錠剤の種類を判別する、薬剤検査装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記各錠剤上に割り付けられた一以上の画素を予め特定し、当該特定された画素におけるスペクトルに基づいて、前記錠剤の種類を判別する、請求項1に記載の薬剤検査装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記各画素における各スペクトルに基づいて、前記各錠剤上に割り付けられた画素を特定し、当該特定された画素におけるスペクトルに基づいて、前記錠剤の種類を判別する、請求項1に記載の薬剤検査装置。
- シート状の基材と、当該基材に形成された前記ポケット部とで構成された包装材に対し、前記基材を押圧する押圧部材をさらに備えている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の薬剤検査装置。
- 複数の錠剤がそれぞれのポケットに収容されて並ぶ列が、複数列に亘って搬送され、一列ごとに、或いはポケット毎に、異なる薬剤成分の量を含有する錠剤の包装工程において、錠剤の種類を判別する薬剤検査方法であって、
前記錠剤に近赤外線を含む光線を照射するステップと、
前記錠剤からの反射光を分光器に入射させるステップと、
前記分光器によって分光されたスペクトルを近赤外線撮像手段によって撮像し、撮像データを生成するステップと、
前記撮像データを処理し、錠剤の種類を判別する演算を行うステップと、
を備え、
前記近赤外線撮像手段は、一回の撮像で、前記列において錠剤が並ぶ方向の所定長さに割り付けられた所定数の画素における各スペクトルを撮像し、
前記制御手段は、前記近赤外線撮像手段が、前記一列に含まれる錠剤に対して、少なくとも一回の撮像を行うように制御し、
ポケット毎に、錠剤表面上の画素におけるスペクトルを平均化することで、錠剤一錠あたりの平均スペクトルデータを算出し、
前記平均スペクトルデータに基づいて、錠剤の種類を判別する、薬剤検査方法。
