Abstract
Description
この実施形態1で、光源基板には、金属のベース板を有した光源基板を好適に用いることができる他、単層又は複層の絶縁板からなる光源基板を用いることも可能である。金属のベース板を有した光源基板の場合、そのベース板は、アルミニウム、鉄、銅等の金属で形成できる。光源基板の形状及び大きさは、照明器具の用途に応じて適宜決定できる。
Claims (4)
- 配線パターンが設けられた光源基板と;
この光源基板に前記配線パターンと接続して実装された複数の半導体発光素子と;
前記光源基板に対向するように前記光源基板を覆って配置され、前記半導体発光素子及び前記光源基板から絶縁距離を隔てられて前記半導体発光素子毎に対向する複数の金属反射面を有し、この反射面の開口部から位置をずらして前記光源基板に接する少なくとも一つの凸部が裏面から突設されている反射板と;
を具備する光源。 - 請求項1に記載の光源において、前記各凸部が前記配線パターンを避けて配設されている。
- 請求項2に記載の光源において、前記配線パターンがヒートスプレッダ部を有していて、このヒートスプレッダ部に前記凸部を避ける逃げ部が設けられている。
- 光源配設部を有した器具本体と;
裏面を前記光源配設部に接触させて前記器具本体に取付けられた光源と;
を具備する照明器具であって、
前記光源が、
配線パターンが設けられた光源基板と;
この光源基板に前記配線パターンと接続して実装された複数の半導体発光素子と;
前記光源基板に対向するように前記光源基板を覆って配置され、前記半導体発光素子及び前記光源基板から絶縁距離を隔てられて前記半導体発光素子毎に対向する複数の金属反射面を有し、この反射面の開口部から位置をずらして前記光源基板に接する少なくとも一つの凸部が裏面から突設されている反射板と;
を備える。
