Abstract
【解決手段】ねじ貫通孔が形成された熱伝導性の基板取付部2cと、発光素子が実装された基板9を有しこの基板9が基板取付部2cの平坦面に熱的に結合されて取付けられてなる光源部3と、基板取付部2cの平坦面の裏側の面と熱的に結合する環状の接続部2dを有し基板取付部2のねじ貫通孔の対向位置にねじ穴が形成された略筒状の熱伝導性のカバーとを具備した発光素子ランプ1である。ねじを基板取付部2cのねじ貫通孔を介してカバー2のねじ穴にねじ込むことによって基板取付部2cがケースの環状の接続部側へ押圧固定されるので、放熱効果を高めることができる。

Claims (4)
- ねじ貫通孔が形成された熱伝導性の基板取付部と;
発光素子が実装された基板を有し、この基板が前記基板取付部の平坦面に熱的に結合されて取付けられてなる光源部と;
前記基板取付部の平坦面の裏側の面と熱的に結合する環状の接続部を有し、前記基板取付部のねじ貫通孔の対向位置にねじ穴が形成された略筒状の熱伝導性のカバーと;
この熱伝導性のカバーに一端側が接続され、他端側に口金が接続された絶縁性のカバーと;
前記カバーの内側に収納された発光素子を点灯制御する点灯回路と:
前記基板取付部のねじ貫通孔を介して前記カバーのねじ穴にねじ込まれ、前記基板取付部を前記カバーの環状の接続部側へ押圧固定するねじと;
を具備することを特徴とする発光素子ランプ。 - 前記ねじは、前記光源部に係合して前記光源部を前記基板取付部とともに前記カバーの環状の接続部側へ押圧固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光素子ランプ。
- 前記基板取付部の外周面が外方に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発光素子ランプ。
- ソケットを有する器具本体と;
この器具本体のソケットに装着される請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一に記載の発光素子ランプと;
を具備することを特徴とする照明器具。
