Claims (8)
- 圧縮空気が供給される一次側ポートと、当該一次側ポートに主弁孔を介して連通し調圧された圧縮空気を流出する二次側ポートとが設けられ、前記主弁孔を開閉する主弁体を備えた主弁軸が前記主弁孔に軸方向に移動自在に装着されるポートブロックと、
前記ポートブロックの取付端面と当該取付端面に取り付けられる調圧アダプターとの間に配置され、前記二次側ポートに連通する二次側圧力室と当該二次側圧力室の反対側のパイロット圧室とに仕切るとともに前記主弁軸の当接端面が接触する主弁ダイヤフラムと、
前記ポートブロックに設けられ、前記一次側ポートよりも前記二次側ポートの圧力が高くなったときに前記二次側ポートの空気を排気する排気流路とを有し、
前記排気流路の開口部が前記ポートブロックの外面に開口して設けられていることを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。 - 請求項1記載のパイロット式減圧弁において、前記当接端面に開口して前記主弁軸に形成された軸方向排気孔と、前記主弁軸に形成され前記排気流路と前記軸方向排気孔とを連通させる径方向排気孔を有することを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。
- 請求項2記載のパイロット式減圧弁において、
前記ポートブロックに形成され、前記ポートブロックの取付端面側の小径孔と前記主弁孔側の大径孔とを備えて前記主弁軸を摺動自在に案内するガイド孔と、
前記主弁軸の前記当接端面と前記排気流路とを連通させる排気連通孔が形成された環状スペーサを前記大径孔内に装着し、前記環状スペーサの軸方向両側にシール材を装着することを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。 - 請求項3記載のパイロット式減圧弁において、
前記大径孔内に前記主弁孔側から挿入され、前記シール材を前記大径孔内に保持する止め具を有し、
前記止め具を前記ガイド孔の内側端面部に設けることを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。 - 請求項4記載のパイロット式減圧弁において、前記止め具は樹脂製であることを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。
- 請求項1または2記載のパイロット式減圧弁において、前記パイロット圧室に前記一次側ポートの空気を内部パイロット圧として供給することを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。
- 請求項1または2記載のパイロット式減圧弁において、前記パイロット圧室に外部パイロット圧として外部から空気を供給することを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のパイロット式減圧弁において、前記一次側ポートから前記二次側ポートに向かう空気を濾過するフィルタエレメントが組み込まれるフィルタ容器を前記ポートブロックに着脱自在に装着し、前記一次側ポートに流入した空気中の異物を除去することを特徴とするパイロット式減圧弁。
