Claims (5)
- 樹脂材料からなり表面に凹凸模様を有する中空容器の製造方法であって、
樹脂材料からなるプリフォームを一次ブロー成形型内でブロー成形して一次ブロー成形品を形成する一次ブロー成形工程と、
該一次ブロー成形品を所定温度に加熱した熱処理型内でブローしながら加熱した後に所定サイズまで収縮させて中間成形品を形成する中間成形工程と、
前記中間成形品を所定温度に加熱した最終ブロー成形型内でブロー成形して所定形状の前記中空容器を形成する最終成形工程と、を備え、
前記熱処理型の内壁面に前記凹凸模様に対応する反転凹凸を形成しておき、前記中間成形工程において前記凹凸模様を有する前記中間成形品を形成することを特徴とする中空容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の中空容器の製造方法において、
前記一次ブロー成形型が、前記熱処理型を兼ねていることを特徴とする中空容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の中空容器の製造方法において、
前記中間成形品は、開口するネック部と、筒状の胴部と、該胴部の一端を密封する底部と、前記ネック部と前記胴部とを繋ぐ肩部と、前記胴部と底部とを繋ぐヒール部とを有し、
前記中間成形工程では、前記肩部と前記ヒール部に前記凹凸模様としてのシボ模様を形成することを特徴とする中空容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の中空容器の製造方法において、
前記一次ブロー成形工程では、前記一次ブロー成形型を室温もしくは室温以下に保持した状態で前記プリフォームをブロー成形することを特徴とする中空容器の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の中空容器の製造方法において、
前記中間成形工程では、前記凹凸模様が形成されたパネル部材を備えた熱処理型で前記一次ブロー成形品を加熱することを特徴とする中空容器の製造方法。
