Claims (10)
- それぞれが音波を出力する複数の圧電振動子と、
前記複数の圧電振動子を、音波の出力方向が互いに異なるように支持する振動子支持機構と、
を有する発振装置。 - 圧電体と弾性部材によって積層体が形成されており、
前記振動子支持機構は、前記積層体を前記複数の圧電振動子に区分している請求項1に記載の発振装置。 - 少なくとも一つの前記圧電振動子が出力した音波を偏向する音声偏向手段をさらに有する請求項1または2に記載の発振装置。
- 前記音声偏向手段は、変更すべき音波を反射する少なくとも一個の音声反射手段と、前記音声反射手段の向きを変える反射可変手段と、を有する請求項3に記載の発振装置。
- 前記音声偏向手段は、変更すべき音波を通過させる少なくとも一個の音声通過手段と、前記音声通過手段の向きを変える通過可変手段と、を有する請求項3に記載の発振装置。
- 前記音声偏向手段は、複数の前記圧電振動子の少なくとも一つの向きを変える音波変更手段を有する請求項1または2に記載の発振装置。
- 複数の前記圧電振動子は、低周波の可聴域音を超音波に変調した高指向性音波を出力し、
前記振動子支持機構は、前記高指向性音波が前記可聴域音波に復調される位置が相違するように複数の前記圧電振動子を支持する請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の発振装置。 - 複数の前記圧電振動子は、超音波からなる高指向性音波を出力し、
前記振動子支持機構は、前記高指向性音波が反射される位置が互いに相違するように複数の前記圧電振動子を支持する請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の発振装置。 - 請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の発振装置と、
前記発振装置に低周波の可聴域音を超音波に変調した高指向性音波を出力させる発振駆動手段と、
を有する電子機器。 - 請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の発振装置と、
前記発振装置を駆動して超音波を出力させる発振駆動手段と、
測定対象物で反射された前記超音波を検知する超音波検知手段と、
超音波検知手段により検知された前記超音波に基づいて、前記測定対象物までの距離を算出する距離算出手段と、
を有する電子機器。
