Claims (3)
- 丸棒状のステンレス鋼又は工具鋼によって形成されたシャンク部の先端に超硬合金又はセラミックスによって形成された作業部を設けた医療用切削器具であって、
前記シャンク部を構成するステンレス鋼又は工具鋼と、作業部を構成する超硬合金又はセラミックスとはロウ付け部を介して接続されており、該ロウ付け部は、シャンク部又は作業部の何れか一方又は両方に形成された突出部を設けたロウ付け面を相互に接触させた状態でロウ付けされていることを特徴とする医療用切削器具。 - 前記ロウ付け面に設けられた突出部は頂点を有する傾斜面として形成されており、前記頂点が、対向するロウ付け面に設けられた頂点を有する傾斜面に於ける頂点を含む傾斜面又は平坦な面に接触した状態でロウ付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した医療用切削器具。
- 前記頂点を有する傾斜面はシャンク部を構成する丸棒状のステンレス鋼又は工具鋼の軸方向の端部に形成されたロウ付け面に形成されており、該傾斜面の高さはステンレス鋼又は工具鋼のロウ付け面の直径の0.5%以上8%以下の範囲に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載した医療用切削器具。
