Abstract
Description
本出願は、2009年9月30日に出願された日本特許出願番号2009−227417号に基づいており、その開示内容は、参照され、全体として、組み入れられている。
本発明は、生体内の管腔に生じた狭窄部もしくは閉塞部に留置して管腔の開存状態を維持するステント、特に、ステント本体の外側表面に薬剤がコーティングされているDES(Drug Eluting Stent)と称される薬剤溶出タイプのステントに関する。
まず、コーティングを開始するに当り、空調機25を作動し、チャンバ23内を恒温恒湿の状態とする。そして、ストラット3の幅やコーティング材料Wに対応する内径のノズル58を有するノズル部54と、コーティング材料Wが注入されたシリンダ部55などを組み合わせて形成したシリンジ作動機構53を支持フレーム26にセットする。
制御部80は、撮像パラメータの入力を受付け、入力された撮像パラメータを記憶装置に記憶する(S1)。撮像パラメータは、オペレータによって、例えばキーボードから入力される。撮像パラメータは、マンドレル34の回転速度、撮影ライン数、撮影ライン幅、撮影時動作速度を含んでいる。
取得したステント本体2の表面画像から判断し、重複塗布する区間及びジャンプする区間の要否と位置を勘案し、ストラット3の所望の表面部分を塗布し、できるだけ重複塗布する区間及びジャンプする区間が少なくあるいは短くなるように塗布順路を設定する(S8)。
次に、制御部80は、Z方向の変位測定手段である第2位置情報取得手段70の変位測定パラメータの入力を受付け、記憶する(S9)。この変位測定パラメータも、オペレータによって入力される。変位測定パラメータは、測定開始位置、測定の方向、分岐点での方向、測定速度、測定間隔を含んでいる。
制御部80は、塗布パラメータの入力を受付け、これを記憶する(S16)。塗布パラメータもまた、オペレータからの入力である。塗布パラメータは、塗布開始位置、塗布の方向、交差点での方向、軌道調整区間の設定、軌道の調整量、塗布速度、コーティング材料Wの吐出速度、塗布ヘッドの高さ、塗布回数(層数)、塗布ヘッドの選択を含んでいる。
Claims (12)
- 屈曲部を有する波状のストラットにより形成された円筒状のステント本体と、当該ステント本体の外側表面に薬剤をコーティングすることにより形成された薬剤コート層と、を有し、前記ステント本体の放射方向への拡張−収縮に伴って少なくとも前記屈曲部が拡縮変形されるステントであって、
前記薬剤コート層は、前記屈曲部に向ってその厚さを漸減させることにより形成された漸減部を有することを特徴とするステント。 - 前記屈曲部は、屈曲点を中心とした所定範囲を前記薬剤コート層が形成されていない無コート層としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記屈曲部は、屈曲点を中心とした所定範囲に前記薬剤の薄膜コート層を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記薬剤コート層は、前記薬剤とポリマーの混合物で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記ポリマーは、生分解性ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステント。
- 前記生分解性ポリマーは、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、乳酸とグリコール酸の共重合体のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のステント。
- 前記ステント本体と前記薬剤コート層との間にプライマーコート層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記漸減部の傾斜角は、1度〜45度となるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記ステント本体は、前記屈曲部を有する波状のストラットにより波形環状体を形成し、当該波形環状体を軸方向に複数整列配置すると共に相互に接合することにより円筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記薬剤コート層は、薬剤とポリマーを溶媒に溶解したコーティング液をノズル部から吐出し、当該ノズル部を前記ストラットに沿って移動させることにより形成される薄膜コート層を複数層積層することにより形成され、前記複数層における上層の薄膜コート層のコーティング長さを下層の薄膜コート層のコーティング長さより短くし、前記漸減部が階段状となるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記薬剤コート層は、前記ノズル部を、前記屈曲部若しくはその近傍に至ると、当該屈曲部を形成している前記ストラットの一方から対向する他方に向けて移動させることにより前記漸減部を形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のステント。
- 前記薬剤コート層は、スプレーあるいはインクジェットを用いて形成されたことを特徴とする1〜9のいずれかに記載のステント。
