Abstract
Description
表示領域を構成する複数の画素と、当該表示領域の周囲に設けられる複数のダミー画素とを備えているアクティブマトリクス基板であって、
上記複数の画素のそれぞれには、一定幅の複数の斜め配線からなる斜めパターンが形成されており、
上記複数のダミー画素のうち少なくともいずれかに、上記一定幅と同じ幅の複数の縦配線または横配線からなる測定用パターンが、少なくとも1つ形成されていることを特徴としている。
上記ダミー画素に形成される、上記測定用パターン内の配線を含む全配線の密度が、上記画素に形成される、上記斜め配線を含む全配線の密度と同一であることが好ましい。
上記ダミー画素における、上記複数の画素のいずれかに隣接する半分には、当該画素に形成される上記斜めパターンと同一の斜めパターンが形成されていることが好ましい。
上記複数のダミー画素が上記表示領域の全周に形成されていることが好ましい。

Claims (7)
- 表示領域を構成する複数の画素と、当該表示領域の周囲に設けられる複数のダミー画素とを備えているアクティブマトリクス基板であって、
上記複数の画素のそれぞれには、一定幅の複数の斜め配線からなる斜めパターンが形成されており、
上記複数のダミー画素のうち少なくともいずれかに、上記一定幅と同じ幅の複数の縦配線または横配線からなる測定用パターンが、少なくとも1つ形成されていることを特徴とするアクティブマトリクス基板。 - 上記ダミー画素に形成される、上記測定用パターン内の配線を含む全配線の密度が、上記画素に形成される、上記斜め配線を含む全配線の密度と同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 上記ダミー画素における、上記複数の画素のいずれかに隣接する半分には、当該画素に形成される上記斜めパターンと同一の斜めパターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 上記複数のダミー画素が上記表示領域の全周に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアクティブマトリクス基板。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアクティブマトリクス基板を備えていることを特徴とする表示パネル。
- 請求項5に記載の表示パネルを備えていることを特徴とする表示装置。
- 液晶表示装置であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示装置。
