Claims (8)
- 自走可能な車体(2,3)と、該車体(2,3)に搭載されたエンジン(8)と、該エンジン(8)の長さ方向の一方側に取付けられた油圧ポンプ(10)と、前記エンジン(8)に排気管(8E)を介して接続され排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置(20,41,51,61,71)とを備え、
前記排気ガス浄化装置(20,41,51,61,71)は、前記排気管(8E)に接続された上流筒体(21,42)と、該上流筒体(21,42)よりも下流側に配置され排気ガスを排出する下流筒体(24,43)と、前記上流筒体(21,42)と下流筒体(24,43)との間に設けられ排気ガスに含まれる粒子状物質を捕集するためのフィルタ(28)が内蔵されたフィルタ筒体(26)と、前記上流筒体(21,42)に取付けられ前記上流筒体(21,42)内の圧力を外部に導びく上流側圧力導管(32,54,64)と、前記下流筒体(24,43)に取付けられ前記下流筒体(24,43)内の圧力を外部に導びく下流側圧力導管(33,55,65)と、これらの導管(32,33,54,55,64,65)に接続され前記フィルタ(28)の前,後の圧力を検出する圧力センサ(34,56,66)とを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記上流筒体(21,42)と下流筒体(24,43)は前記車体(2,3)側に対して固定的に設け、
前記フィルタ筒体(26)は前記上流筒体(21,42)と下流筒体(24,43)とに対して取付け、取外し可能に設け、
前記上流側圧力導管(32,54,64)、下流側圧力導管(33,55,65)および圧力センサ(34,56,66)は、前記フィルタ筒体(26)のメンテナンス作業を行うために、前記フィルタ筒体(26)を前記上流筒体(21,42)と下流筒体(24,43)とから取外して他の場所に移動し、または他の場所から戻して取付けるときの移動経路(30)から外れた位置に配設する構成としたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記車体(2,3)には、前記エンジン(8)側に形成されるエンジン側空間(17)と前記油圧ポンプ(10)側に形成されるポンプ側空間(18)とを仕切り前記ポンプ側空間(18)からエンジン側空間(17)に作動油が飛散するのを防止する仕切り部材(16)を設け、前記排気ガス浄化装置(20,41,51,61,71)は、前記仕切り部材(16)によって仕切られたエンジン側空間(17)に配置し、前記フィルタ筒体(26)を移動するための前記移動経路(30)は、前記仕切り部材(16)とエンジン(8)との間に形成する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記仕切り部材(16)は上,下方向に伸長して配置し、前記フィルタ筒体(26)を移動するための前記移動経路(30)は、前記仕切り部材(16)とエンジン(8)との間の上,下方向の空間によって形成する構成としてなる請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記エンジン(8)には、前記排気ガス浄化装置(20,41,71)を取付ける支持部材(19)を設け、該支持部材(19)には、前記フィルタ筒体(26)の挿入スペース(S)を確保した状態で前記上流筒体(21,42)と下流筒体(24,43)を固定的に取付け、前記圧力センサ(34)は、前記フィルタ筒体(26)の移動経路(30)から外れた位置で前記支持部材(19)に取付ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記圧力センサ(56,66)は、前記フィルタ筒体(26)の移動経路(30)から外れた位置で前記上流筒体(21)または下流筒体(24)のいずれか一方に取付ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記上流側圧力導管(32,54,64)、下流側圧力導管(33,55,65)は、前記フィルタ筒体(26)の移動経路(30)から外れた位置で、前記上流筒体(21,42)、フィルタ筒体(26)、下流筒体(24,43)の外周側に沿わせて設ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記車体(2,3)には、前記エンジン(8)側に形成されるエンジン側空間(17)と前記油圧ポンプ(10)側に形成されるポンプ側空間(18)とを仕切り、前記ポンプ側空間(18)からエンジン側空間(17)に作動油が飛散するのを防止する仕切り部材(16)を設け、該仕切り部材(16)は、前記油圧ポンプ(10)の上側をエンジン(8)から離れる方向に延びる底板部(16A)と、該底板部(16A)のうち前記エンジン(8)と離れた方向の端部から上方に延びる縦板部(16B)とによって形成し、
一方、前記エンジン(8)には前記排気ガス浄化装置(20,41,51,61,71)を支持する支持部材(19)を設け、該支持部材(19)はエンジン(8)に取付けられる取付部(19A)と、該取付部(19A)から仕切り部材(16)の底板部(16A)の上側をエンジン(8)から離れる方向に延びる浄化装置支持部(19B)とによって形成し、
前記排気ガス浄化装置(20,41,51,61,71)は前記支持部材(19)の浄化装置支持部(19B)に取付け、
前記移動経路(30)は前記エンジン側空間(17)であって前記仕切り部材(16)の縦板部(16B)とエンジン(8)との間に形成し、
前記圧力センサ(34)は前記フィルタ筒体(26)の移動経路(30)から外れた位置で前記支持部材(19)、上流筒体(21,42)、下流筒体(24,43)のいずれかに取付ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記仕切り部材(16)を前記油圧ポンプ(10)上方に配置するために前記車体(2,3)に設けられた取付枠(15)を有し、該取付枠(15)は前記仕切り部材(16)を周囲から保持する矩形状の枠部(15A)と、該枠部(15A)から下方に延び前記車体(2,3)に取付けられる複数本の脚部(15B)とにより構成し、前記移動経路(30)は前記取付枠(15)の枠部(15A)によって取囲まれた範囲である請求項7に記載の建設機械。
