Abstract
Description
本発明の装飾部品用セラミックスは、安定化剤を含むジルコニア(ZrO2)を主成分とし、酸化鉄(Fe2O3),酸化クロム(Cr2O3)および酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)を含むものである。なお、安定化剤には、例えば、酸化イットリウム(Y2O3),酸化セリウム(CeO2),酸化ディスプロシウム(Dy2O3),酸化マグネシウム(MgO),酸化ネオジム(Nd2O3)および酸化カルシウム(CaO)等から選ばれる少なくとも1種を用いればよい。

そして、本発明の装飾部品用セラミックスは、酸化鉄,酸化クロムおよび酸化アルミニウムの含有量に応じて、色調を変化させることができる。酸化鉄の含有量が少なければ、象牙色(アイボリー)を帯びた色調となり、酸化鉄の含有量が多ければ、黒色を帯びた色調となる傾向がある。また、酸化クロムの含有量が少なければ、黄土色を帯びた色調となり、酸化クロムの含有量が多ければ明褐色を帯びた色調となる傾向がある。また、酸化鉄の含有量が少なく、酸化クロムの含有量が多ければ、緑色を帯びた色調となる傾向がある。

なお、立方晶と正方晶の比率は、単斜晶の比率を100から減じて求めた。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (17)
- 安定化剤を含むジルコニアを主成分とし、酸化鉄,酸化クロムおよび酸化アルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記安定化剤がイットリウムを含む化合物からなり、該イットリウムを含む化合物の含有量が2.0mol%以上4.0mol%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記安定化剤がセリウムを含む化合物およびディスプロシウムを含む化合物からなり、前記セリウムを含む化合物の含有量が4.0mol%以上8.0mol%以下であり、前記ディスプロシウムを含む化合物の含有量が0.5mol%以上3.0mol%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記酸化鉄の含有量が0.5質量%以上5.0質量%以下であり、前記酸化クロムの含有量が0.1質量%以上1.0質量%以下であり、前記酸化アルミニウムの含有量が0.3質量%以上2.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 酸化チタンを含有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記酸化鉄の含有量が0.05質量%以上0.5質量%未満であり、前記酸化クロムの含有量が0.5質量%以上3.0質量%以下であり、前記酸化アルミニウムの含有量が0.05質量%以上0.8質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 酸化ハフニウムを含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 装飾面のCIE1976L*a*b*色空間における明度指数L*が5以上20以下であり、クロマティクネス指数a*およびb*がともに5以上15以下であり、濃褐色系の色調を呈することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 装飾面のCIE1976L*a*b*色空間における明度指数L*が25以上45以下であり、クロマティクネス指数a*が−8以上2以下およびb*が2以上20以下であり、濃緑色系の色調を呈することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする時計用装飾部品。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする携帯端末機用装飾部品。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする釣糸案内用装飾部品。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする生活用装飾部品。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする車両用品用装飾部品。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とするスポーツ用品用装飾部品。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする楽器用装飾部品。
- 請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする装身具用装飾部品。
