Claims (6)
- 運転者によって選択された選択レンジに基づく電気信号を入力し、該電気信号に基づき自動変速機のレンジ切替部材をモータの回転により所定位置に切替えて走行レンジを形成するように前記モータを駆動する信号を出力するシフトバイワイヤ制御回路と、
前記選択レンジに基づく電気信号及び車両状態に基づく信号を入力し、前記走行レンジを形成するために前記自動変速機を制御する信号を出力する自動変速機制御回路と、を備え、
前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路及び前記自動変速機制御回路は、同一の収納部に収納されることを特徴とする自動変速機の制御ユニット。 - 前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路及び前記自動変速機制御回路を収納する収納部の一端に、前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路及び前記自動変速機制御回路と電源との電気的接続を行うコネクタを備え、
該コネクタと前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路及び前記自動変速機制御回路の配置関係は、前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路が、前記自動変速機制御回路よりも前記コネクタと近接するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動変速機の制御ユニット。 - 前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路及び前記自動変速機制御回路は、1枚のプリント基板上に搭載さることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動変速機の制御ユニット。
- 前記モータを収納する上部収納部と前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路及び前記自動変速機制御回路を収納する下部収納部は、一体的に結合されて前記自動変速機のケースに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の自動変速機の制御ユニット。
- 前記シフトバイワイヤ制御回路及び前記自動変速機制御回路を収納する下部収納部に、前記モータと前記プリント基板とを電気的に接続する導体が埋設される樹脂部が配設されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の自動変速機の制御ユニット。
- 前記モータを収納する上部収納部には、
前記モータの回転を減速させる減速機構と、
該減速機構によって減速された回転を揺動運動に変換させて前記レンジ切替部材に伝達する運動変換機構とが収納されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の自動変速機の制御ユニット。
