Claims (9)
- 体液を出液させるために皮膚に照射されるレーザ光が進行する孔部と、
上記孔部における上記レーザ光が入射する開口部を塞ぐとともに、上記レーザ光を透過可能なカバーと、
を備えた、分析用具。 - 互いに電気的に絶縁した状態で積層されているとともに、上記孔部を規定する貫通孔を有する複数の電極を備えている、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記孔部の気体を外部に排出するための排気流路をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の分析用具。
- 上記排気流路は、上記電極と上記カバーとの間に介在する絶縁層に対して、上記孔部に連通するスリットを形成することにより設けられている、請求項3に記載の分析用具。
- 上記孔部は、皮膚からの体液を吸引するための毛細管力を作用させるためのものである、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記孔部の内面に形成された試薬部をさらに備えている、請求項5に記載の分析用具。
- 上記孔部において吸引された体液を移動させるための流路と、
上記流路に形成された試薬部と、
をさらに備えている、請求項5に記載の分析用具。 - 上記カバーを支持し、かつ複数の電極が設けられた基板をさらに有している、請求項7に記載の分析用具。
- 上記基板と上記カバーとの間に介在し、かつ上記流路を規定するスペーサをさらに備えている、請求項8に記載の分析用具。
