Claims (5)
- 中央に貫通孔(31b1)を有するフレーム(31b)と、
前記貫通孔(31b1)に挿入され前記フレーム(31b)に回転可能に支持される回転軸(39)と、
前記回転軸(39)と同軸にかつ前記回転軸(39)と一体に設けられるシャフト部(38b)と、
シャフト部(38b)の外周部に嵌り合うリング状のクランプスリーブ(34a、58a)と、
円筒形状に形成される受圧部材(34b、58b)とを含み、
前記受圧部材(34b、58b)は、受圧部材(34b、58b)の外周面が前記フレーム(31b)の貫通孔(31b1)の内周端に嵌り合うように挿入されて複数の締付け部材(34c1、34c2)を介して前記フレーム(31b)側に取付けられており、
前記クランプスリーブ(34a、58a)の外周部に、前記受圧部材(34b、58b)の内周部に対して嵌り合う軸方向の領域内において全周に設けられる環状溝(34a1、58a1)の底部によって薄肉部(34a5、58a5)を構成するとともに、前記環状溝(34a1、58a1)と前記受圧部材(34b、58b)とで囲まれる空間に、流体制御回路に通ずる圧力室(34d、58d)を構成し、
前記フレーム(31b)の前記貫通孔(31b1)の内周面と前記受圧部材(34b、58b)の外周面との間には、所定の隙間(34d2、58d2)が設けられることを特徴とする、工作機械用の割出装置。 - 前記受圧部材(58b)のフレーム(31b)側に係合される軸端側の反対側の軸端(58b8)には、半径方向外側に向かって延在する係合面が設けられ、
前記締付け部材は、前記受圧部材(58b)の前記係合する軸端とは反対側の軸端(58b8)に対して係合する係合面を有する係合部材(58e,58f)と、前記係合部材(58e,58f)に係合されるネジ部材(60)とで構成され、
前記受圧部材(58b)は、前記係合部材(58e,58f)の係合面が係合された状態で前記フレーム(31b)側に設けられる複数のネジ穴にネジ部材(60)がそれぞれ螺入されることにより前記フレーム(31b)側に取付けられており、
前記受圧部材(58b)と回転軸(39)の中心側で対向する前記ネジ部材(60)の対向面と前記受圧部材(58b)の間に、所定の隙間(58d3)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の割出装置。 - 前記係合部材(58e)は、その外周には半径方向外側に向かって延びる前記係合面としての段差面(58b6)を有し、かつ前記ネジ部材(60)を挿通可能な貫通孔(58e3)を有する遊嵌部材(58e)で構成され、
前記受圧部材(58b)には、前記フレーム(31b)側に係合する端面(58b7)とは反対側の端部(58b8)より、前記遊嵌部材(58e)の係合面に係合可能な有底状の貫通孔(58b5)が、円周方向に間隔をおいて複数設けられており、
前記受圧部材(58b)は、前記複数の有底状の貫通孔(58b5)に前記遊嵌部材(58e)がそれぞれ挿入された状態で、各遊嵌部材(58e)に挿入される複数のネジ部材(60)がフレーム(31b)側に前記設けられる複数のネジ穴に螺入されることにより前記フレーム(31b)側に取付けられており、
前記受圧部材(58b)の貫通孔(58b5)の内周面と前記遊嵌部材(58e)の外周面との間に、所定の隙間(58d3)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の割出装置。 - 前記リング状に設けられるクランプスリーブ(34a、58a)は、上記環状溝(34a1、58a1)が設けられる円筒部(34a2、58a2)と、前記円筒部(34a2、58a2)の端部より半径方向外側に向かって延在しかつ前記円筒部(34a2、58a2)に一体に形成されるフランジ部(34a3、58a3)とを有しており、
前記フレーム(31b)には、前記クランプスリーブ(34a、58a)のフランジ部(34a3、58a3)を収容すべく前記貫通孔(31b1)より半径方向外側に向かって延びる係合面を有する取付部(31b3)が設けられており、
前記受圧部材(34b、58b)は、その軸端がクランプスリーブ(34a、58a)の前記フランジ部(34a3、58a3)に係合するように同軸に挿入されて、前記クランプスリーブ(34a、58a)のフランジ部(34a3、58a3)に設けられる複数のネジ穴にそれぞれ螺入される前記複数の締付け部材(34c1、34c2、58c1)を介して取付けられるとともに、前記クランプスリーブ(34a、58a)のフランジ部(34a3、58a3)が前記フレーム(31b)の取付部(31b3)に固着されることにより、フレーム(31b)側に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちいずれか1項に記載の工作機械用の割出装置。 - 前記クランプスリーブ(34a、58a)の前記円筒部(34a2、58a2)の反フランジ側端部が、前記受圧部材(34b、58b)に対し相対的に回転不能に係止されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれか1項に記載の工作機械用の割出装置。
