3元系AEM(デュポン社製品Vamac GLS) 100重量部
EPDM(住友化学製品エスプレン586) 20 〃
ストロンチウムフェライト(戸田工業製品FA-700) 800 〃
ステアリン酸 2 〃
4,4´-(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン 2 〃
(大内新興化学製品アンチオキシダントCD)
エーテル型リン酸エステル系加工助剤 2 〃
(東邦化学製品RL210)
α-オレフィンオリゴマー(BP社製品デュラシン170) 10 〃
1,3-ビス(第3ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン 6 〃
(日本油脂製品ペロキシモンF40;純度40%)
ヘキサメチレンジアミンカーバメート 2 〃
(ユニマテック製品ケミノックスAC-6-66)
ジ-o-トリルグアニジン(大内新興化学製品ノクセラ-DT) 4 〃
以上の各成分を密閉式混練機(MS式加圧ニーダ)およびオープンロールで混練し、混練物を180℃で8分間圧縮成形して、厚さ2mmの加硫ゴムシートを得た。
ロール混練性:混練時のロールへの巻付き性が良好なものを○、悪いもの(バギ
ング)を×と評価
金型非粘着性:加硫時の金型への粘着性なしを○、ありを×と評価
発泡状態:125×230×2mmの加硫シート(テストピース)の表面に発泡がないもの
を○、発泡がシート全面にあるものを×と評価
MH、T90:JIS K-6300準拠;東洋精機製ロータスレオメーターRLR-3を使用し、
180℃における値を測定
常態物性:JIS K6253,6251準拠;硬さ、引張強さおよび伸びを測定
残留磁束密度(T):磁場成形可能な射出成形機を用い、0.8mTの磁場中で、22
mm径、厚さ1mmのテストピースを成形し、このテストピースを
直流磁化装置で厚み方向に残留磁束密度が飽和する迄着
磁し、着磁したテストピース3枚を重ねて、サーチコイルを接続
したフラックスメータで測定
実施例1において、EPDM量が3重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、α-オレフィンオリゴマー量が5重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、EPDMが用いられなかった。
実施例1において、α-オレフィンオリゴマーが用いられなかった。
実施例1において、α-オレフィンオリゴマー量が50重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、α-オレフィンオリゴマーの代りに、同量のポリエーテル系可塑剤(旭電化製品RS-700)が用いられた。
実施例1において、α-オレフィンオリゴマーの代りに、同量のフォスフェート系可塑剤(新日本理化製品DOS)が用いられた。
(1) 実施例1〜3では、いずれも残留磁束密度が高く、センサ用ゴム磁石として十分な性能を有しているものが得られている。
(2) 実施例1〜2と比較例1との対比から、EPDMの添加により加硫特性が良化し、非発泡状態が改善されていることが分る。また、EPDMを添加しない場合、α-オレフィンオリゴマーがゴム組成物表面にブリードするため、ロール混練性が悪化する。
(3) 実施例1、3と比較例2との対比から、α-オレフィンオリゴマーの添加で金型非粘着性が改善されることが分る。ただし、過剰量のα-オレフィンオリゴマーの添加は、ロール混練性を悪化させる。
(4) 実施例1〜3と比較例4〜5との対比から、α-オレフィンオリゴマーのみが金型非粘着性を有していることが分る。

Claims (10)
- エチレン-アルキルアクリレート共重合ゴム100重量部、EPDM 5〜40重量部、α-オレフィンオリゴマー1〜40重量部、有機過酸化物架橋剤0.5〜4重量部、アミン系加硫剤0.5〜4重量部および磁性粉300〜1000重量部を含有してなるゴム組成物。
- エチレン-アルキルアクリレート共重合ゴムがアミン加硫性基を有するエチレン-アルキルアクリレート共重合ゴムである請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- アミン加硫性基を有するエチレン-アルキルアクリレート共重合ゴムがエポキシ基または水酸基含有単量体を共重合させたエチレン-アルキルアクリレート共重合ゴムである請求項2記載のゴム組成物。
- α-オレフィンオリゴマーが炭素数6〜14のα-オレフィンの重合体であって、数平均分子量Mnが400〜2000のオリゴマーである請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- さらに、0.1〜10重量部の多官能性不飽和化合物共架橋剤が有機過酸化物架橋剤と併用された請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- 磁性粉がフェライト磁石粉または希土類磁石粉である請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- フェライト磁石粉がストロンチウムフェライト粉またはバリウムフェライト磁石粉である請求項6記載のゴム組成物。
- センサ用ボンド磁石の成形材料として用いられる請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項8記載のゴム組成物から加硫成形されたセンサ用ボンド磁石。
- 磁気エンコーダとして用いられる請求項9記載のセンサ用ボンド磁石。
